"Three of us stayed at this recently remodeled cabin in Gasquet. What a wonderful stay we had! We had access to charcoal grill that we used both nights, a well stocked kitchen with all the equipment needed to prepare meals, nice toiletries, plenty of outdoor patio furniture, and a lovely, private setting (even though next to a highway). The gorgeous crystal clear Smith River is visible/walkable from the back porch, and this is a *perfect* home base location to see the Redwoods in the prime JS area. "Just my mom and I used this home at the beginning of August. We both love this home. It’s perfect for two people. Or if you’re a couple with a child, this works out really well. Bring a fan because the house doesn’t have a fan if you need some air circulation, otherwise we’ll be back here again next August. Great location. Close to restaurants and the private festival. Quiet here. Great view of the river and ocean. Just love this place. "
