"Very nice hotel, room was nice with everything you would need and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again without a doubt. The only negative was the sofa bed. I think they need vast improvement as it was extremely uncomfortable with next to no padding. This unfortunately resulted in a poor sleep. That being said, i would still happily return, i would just reserve 2 rooms rather than sharing."

"Nice and interesting hotel at a competitive cost - friendly staff - room was clean and smart but a bit warm and fan/air con didn’t work - breakfast display was good but not special (didn’t have any cooked options though so can’t comment on those) - I would go back but as I say, it didn’t feel as special as it could have done"

"The room we had booked had a rusty bath and so had to move rooms. Unsure as to why the room was booked out in this condition as it was clearly in a poor state. Apart from that the staff were very pleasant and accommodating and it was no trouble changing. "

"The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water but the pressure was not as good as at other hotels we have stayed at but was still okay. Our room was near the lift so had the constant lift ding all night plus the sound of other guests talking in the hall. Other than that there was no exterior road noise to be heard. "Overall I had a lovely stay, there were a few things that I feel need to be improved on, The pool was cold across all 3 days meaning I was unable to use it which was disappointing as I had been looking forward to it. "A nice hotel, about 25 min walk (or bus ride) from the city centre. Rooms were comfortable, the double bed was quite small but fine for one person. Breakfast was good value with a range of hot and cold options. Parking was available (for an extra fee) but it was a good base for a weekend away."
