The bedroom accommodation is as follows:

- The Master Suite has a Queen size bed, sitting area, walk in robe, large ensuite and extensive views over the 'Prospect' farmland
- Bedroom 2 has accommodation for 3 via a triple bunk. This bed has a Queen size bed on the bottom and single on the top. It is perfect for children or a family.
- Bedroom 3 has a double bed and views
- Bedroom 4 enjoys a queen bed
- Bedroom 5 also has a queen bed.

All the bedrooms have built in robes and are serviced by a large family bathroom and separate WC.
