Es war alles einwandfrei. Das Haus liegt mit direktem Zugang an einem Kanal. Für die Freizeit stehen Fahrräder und ein Ruderboot zur freien Verfügung. Einzig die Matratze im Schlafzimmer des Erdgeschosses ist recht durch gelegen und sollte getauscht werden. Allerdings ist das auch eine reine persönliche Empfindung.
