"The house is an excellent place to regroup and enjoy a quiet piece of Spain with friends. The backyard is wonderful and the house layout makes it easy to have space to be together. Seville is a 10-15 cab ride away or a longer bus ride. There are bars and restaurants around but to really "tapear" you need to go farther. Cooking was a challenge as cookware and basics were minimally supplied.. Nice place, just don't think of it as downtown Seville."

"We had a fabulous stay, from the time of our arrival where we were given a very warm welcome and comprehensive tour of the house and all its amenities, to our departure, when Pedro Javier very kindly arranged to take members of our group to the train station in El Puerto de Santa Maria, and on the Seville airport, without charge! "Overall everyone enjoyed the accommodations. The sleeping arrangements are abit weird, in 2 situations you have to walk through someone’s “room” to get to another bedroom. This made it awkward, so look carefully at the photos and stitch the layout together beforehand. The villa itself needs some TLC, with pool tiles and exterior tile broken or cracked, the interior had misc paint drips on baseboards/floor, wardrobe doors peeling, main door weather stripping partially removed, one of the marble...

"From my first enquiry the communication with the hosts was excellent. The house is beautiful - set in very spacious grounds in a quiet residential area but Seville centre is only 20 minutes by car.
