"A mouldy smell is the first impression (couch especially). Lack of adequate kitchen equipment, (not one sharp knife).Washing machine door faulty. No way to dry clothes if raining. Noise from adjoining rental, walls obviously too thin. Accomodation needs total refurbishment. Covered outside areas totally useless as rain ingress was extensive. "

"A very relaxing week in a lovely, peaceful location with beaches very nearby and all amenities within a 10 minute walk. The property was clean, welcoming and the views were beautiful. The pool and tennis court were great for our teenage boys and we could easily have spent every day just at the villa. Beaches nearby were great for swimming and boarding. "We enjoyed our holiday. The cottage would benefit from an audit of crockery, cooking utensils etc. eg, more breakfast bowls needed and no teapot lid. A welcome pack in the house giving info how things work, eg recycling, hot water, where to get firewood, and general info of places to visit would be good and perhaps a visitors comments book. Appreciated Mari, the housekeeper, help and cleaning very much. It’s a beautiful building with nice linens and very well located in the area."

"Hemos pasado unos días estupendos. El lugar es perfecto, pegado a San Vicente de la barquera pero en plena naturaleza. El inmenso jardín es ideal para desconectar, relajarse o hacer una barbacoa.
