"We had a great stay at this property in Hinjewadi, Pune. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning, wide spread of options. The staff at the breakfast area did an amazing job. Faij was attentive and took care of the guests very well! Property needs to be updated a bit. Bathrooms need more careful cleaning and upkeep. The counters need to be wiped well and water marks removed. Overall we enjoyed our stay. It would be perfect if a few of the above improvements were implemented."

First they did not have complete booking details from Expedia. I am not the complaining type and give chance to correct it but same mistake was done during checkout. Ac was not working so had to change room twice. Hot water was never there and I was not ready to keep water running forever to test. Anyways my experience was totally different than previous...
