"No lift so if you are carrying anything heavy be prepared to carry them upstairs. Staff was kind but basically they are only there from 10am to 3pm while theybclean the rooms that are getting vacant. After that you can only get service if you call or mqil them. "The location is extremely close to all beautiful attractions. Walking distance to malls and historical places; chocolate shops. The stairs are so sharp and our room was on 4 th floor. I made a booking almost 1 month ahead and I am almost 60 years old. I asked them to give us a lower level room. No availability. And the toilet was outside. Make sure you don’t get the 4 th level."

"The highlight of my stay here was the manager Martin. Martin was on beck and call, helping me with my every request. Martin even helped me get bubble wrap to safeguard my trinkets I bought while in Europe. The property is stunning and unique. "The property is wonderfully located. It is a nice historic house and the bedroom and bath are very spacious. The problem for us was that the tub is a high step over the rim and the shower is only hand held. Since my husband has double knee replacement, this was a problem and providing a step stool would have made life easier. Although I like a chilly bedroom at night, it was also quite cold during the day. The owner seemed quite put out that we mentioned these problems."
