Bruce left us the most amazing welcome pack, lots of homemade goodies we were well & truly spoilt. Great little place with stunning views and peace and quiet. Leave your cares behind and go off grid for a few days, I can highly recommend it. Brilliant place for dogs, they are made very welcome with no charge."

The spring water was invigorating and pure. The family were very friendly. "A super property in a beautiful N Yorks coastal village. Very comfortably furnished, with all mod cons. The 4-star rating is because we were advised just before our arrival that there was a problem with both the dishwasher and the oven, though the problems were resolved to our satisfaction. Also, the location of the property itself was not clearly described. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and I would thoroughly recommend this for a friends or family break."
