"Affordable, clean, updated, and they had a waffle maker in the continental breakfast! We got in late due to traffic and weather- about 10:30 at night, and they were there and understanding. Only small downsides- we only had 3 sets of towels for a family of 4- and the heating system was confusing. But overall, we were very comfortable there, stayed warm, had full bellies the next day, and will stay again. "

"Good space for 3 adults and two kids to stay, 25 min commute to Colby college and Quarry Road trails. Couch was comfy and nice for gathering. Beds also comfy and the double bunks were helpful for our group. Plow came quickly after snowstorm. We didn’t get out on the lake due to cold but nice to have it close by. "

"We spent a beautiful fall weekend at Cedar Estates, the house was clean and very well equipped, as described in the listing. We enjoyed a nice campfire on Saturday night at the fire pit.
