"The hotel is still under major construction. They offer bare minimum amenities List coffee machine in room but you have to pay to use it 9eu per pod 1 working bathroom on the grounds. Dust and gravel everywhere. WiFi is terrible TV reception is terrible Our room was new and starts off clean. Until you bring the construction debris inside from walking in it. I nearly broke my neck walking into the beach day one because One floor board was not even with the rest. "

"I suggest to check in as early as possible. Checking in after beaching will most likely result in them selling your room and giving you a downgrade if you don’t pay attention. Facility is luxurious but the staff and service are poorly. Guests not happy and arguments always with receptionist. Not even an iron in rooms and the one offered wasn’t working properly. Parking is a bit of challenge if crowded and unsupervised, anyone can come park there and not be noticed. "

"Alexander, the manager, was the most kind and helpful person. The hotel is a charm, I definitely recommend it. Easy to find, parking is available, delicious breakfast. "

"If you, like me, were drawn in by the main image of beanbags on the beach, don't be. Whilst this is a bar owned by the hotel, you don't get access unless you buy drinks at the bar. As a mother with two young kids, this didn't happen and we didn't end up eating breakfast lounging on the beanbags with a view of the sea as I envisaged, but rather in the, not quite so fun, basic restaurant area behind the bar. "1. Sea view rooms is a LIE. The only view is of construction site and backside of some restaurant and trees. Dirty broken glass colored with rot on the balcony. 2. "Freundliche und nette Eigentümer, die sich Mühe geben, kleine Zimmer, sehr einfach aber vollkommen ausreichend. Toller Pool mit toller Terrasse und schönem Blick aufs Meer und die Berge. Die Anreise zum Hotel ist etwas holprig - da es nur einen Schotterweg bergauf gibt. Daher waren wir froh, dass wir einen Mietwagen hatten. Toller Urlaub, tolles Hotel, tolles Land!"

"Suites were amazing with a great view of the pool and sea. Very clean and modern rooms. I loved the tub in my room & the rainfall shower was pretty large. I did not like that my suite had a shared balcony; so the staff found me another room with 2 private balconies. The staff is great and super responsive. They will provide excellent customer service to ensure your visit is pleasant. Highly recommend! Be sure to check out the 2 pools, bar, and private beach. 10/10"

"Big thank you all for making our stay at Dream Hotel Saranda unforgettable experiance especially Jason,Mario,Michael We loved everything.Great customer service and facilities.Location was perfect .Loved the room,very modern ,amazing outside space with great views !!Highly recommend. "The hotel was perfect for what we needed, with a nice view from our balcony across to Corfu. The pool and room were clean and breakfast was tasty. The only 2 downsides were that the car park was more like an abandoned quarry with a large digger in, so only enough room to park for several cars, and the lots either side of the hotel were building sites which you couldn’t see from any pictures online. We weren’t too fussed but it’s worth baring in mind if you want a scenic hotel stay"
