Brand New Remodel On 6th Tee Of Harbour Town - Minutes From The Beach!

The brand new remodel at "The Pines" is complete! This stunning getaway is located in Greenwood Forest and offers a modern coastal vibe with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. "The Pines" also boasts an open floor plan with two Master suites. It's located right on the 5th green and 6th tee of Harbour Town, where you and your guests will also soak in the breathtaking Carolina sunsets from the expansive back deck.

THE HOME: "The Pines" features designer selected furnishings, modern bathroom finishes and two primary king bedrooms with en-suites. An additional third bedroom offers two full beds with an adjacent bathroom. All bedrooms include luxury linens and duvets for each guest. For those passionate chefs, there's a fully equipped kitchen with brand new GE Profile appliances, an expansive 10-foot island, a comfy banquette eating area and a brand new Weber BBQ. All of this overlooks the world-famous Harbour Town Golf Links home of the RBC Heritage - our annual PGA TOUR event. We'll even provide 2 complimentary parking passes and mail them to you prior to your arrival – there’s parking for 3 vehicles.

NEED MORE SPACE? There's a private Carolina room that offers a Burrow Shift queen sleeper sofa and an accompanying 55” Samsung SMART TV.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Includes an updated community pool, PickleBall and tennis courts, basketball court area and a playground for the little ones! A guest access card is provided for pool entry.

THE LOCATION: "The Pines" is a scenic 10-minute bike ride to beach access points, Sea Pines Beach Club or Harbour Town retail, restaurant, and bars areas. For golfers, Harbour Town, Heron Point and Atlantic Dunes are all a quick 5-minute drive from "The Pines".

WHAT'S INCLUDED? We’ll provide 4 beach chairs, four tennis rackets, PickleBall set for 4, and a basketball.

NEED TO KNOW: Commercially marked vehicles, motorized scooters, e-Bikes, and motorcycles are not permitted in Sea Pines. Trailers of any kind, RVs, and similar vehicles must be parked outside of Sea Pines. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Quiet after 10:00pm. The replacement cost for a lost pool access card is $175.00.

Liz and Toms place was perfect. Pics are accurate, the place was spotless and the location on the 6th teebox of the heritage was excellent.. if this property is an option for your trip, dont pass it up.

Super cute and chic!
The home is lovely- super cute and chic! Every room is tastefully furnished and modern. I loved watching the sunrise from the patio. The beds and showers were also great. Honestly, I don’t have a negative remark about Liz’s home and I am very particular with where I stay. The Carolina room is a great addition for kids. The hosts were equally as lovely. They checked on us throughout our stay and provided recs. We will definitely be back next year.

The pictures did not do it justice. The house has plenty of room and open space. Great deck to watch some golf and in the middle of island minutes from everything. We loved our stay.

Beautifuly Decorated Home on the Golf Course
Property was beautifully decorated and the location was great. We enjoyed the 10 min bike ride to the beach and watching the golfers on the back deck. We chose this property after carefully reviewing the bedding situation where we saw in the owner's description that the bedrooms were enough for 10 people. Even the description for dining the owner states seating for 10. We had 8 people for the first 3 days and knew we would have 12 people for 3 days, leaving just 4 of us on the last day. Between the two families we knew two smaller children would sleep in the parents room. I asked the owner if we could enter the property between 11-12 noon. He approved the early entry for an additional $150.00. The description stated we were allowed 3 cars. I notified the owner and asked if a 4th car could also get a pass and park in the trolly area. He said the 4th pass was fine and gave permission to park at the house. We noticed the owner was coming by everyday watering the plants and walking the property. He even put the grill cover back on the grill while we were away. We did not like this because we felt as if we had no privacy. On Friday morning the owner contacted us to stop by for a discussion. He said a neighbor complained to the HOA about our cars and the number of people. I reminded him he gave us permission for the cars and told him we honestly did not think it was a problem with the smaller children sleeping in their parents room and apologized.

Fabulous Getaway
I stayed at this property with my husband and two sons (23 and 25), and we absolutely loved this home. It’s beautiful inside and out. We enjoyed the view of the golf course every day from the deck. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect, an easy bike ride to the beach. There is also a convenient cut-through to the Shops at Sea Pines that we either walked or rode bikes to. The neighborhood surrounding the home was beautiful and quiet and the people we ran into were so nice. The hosts couldn’t be more helpful and nice. They responded to my questions quickly and gave us great suggestions and tips during our stay. Our sons raved about the place, too. We would definitely stay at this property again!
