We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when your arrive. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to our standards!

A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. Included are directions, contact information in case you need to contact us, a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of restaurants/shopping.

Loved The Place!
Two weeks and we did not want to leave! HHI is best enjoyed staying at the Villamare in Palmetto Dunes Resort. This was our second visit and everything, including the weather, was terrific. We’ll be back!

Excellent property. Clean, accurate description and great location. Check in process was great- our code did not work initially but the property manager was available right away and reset the code. No negatives and would love to stay here again.

The condo was in a great location on the island. The grounds and pool were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms need updating but we knew that before we arrived. The owner quickly responded to our needs. We had a wonderful stay.

Great Place
View was just as advertised!! With it being on the 5th Floor, make sure you are OK with taking the stairs. There is an elevator, but it was busy most of the time and we chose to take the stairs to avoid the wait. View was worth it. Beach access was fantastic and the pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Palmetto Dunes area is very nice with easy access to all the stores that you will need!! Will definitely be coming back!!

The property was in a great location. Close to local shopping and marinas. The bathrooms were dated, and there was some rust in the master bathroom sink. But the place was super clean.

The patio views are amazing!
We enjoyed out time at this unit and especially sitting outside with the amazing views. The space was comfortable and very clean. Even with the outdated bathrooms, the other areas are spacious and up to date. Thank you for your hospitality and the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo at HHI.

Good location. Quiet. Oceanview. Showing its age. Small shower (not good for a tall person) and bathroom. Needs some general maintenance - sliding doors on porch and shower come off easily, living area chairs and couch need replacing.

Great Experience
The overall facility was very clean. The view was absolutely fantastic with great access to the beach!! The rooms were spacious, except the shower in the 2nd bedroom. I will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this facility. The only small issue was the elevator was slow. While it didn’t present a major problem because it was off season, but I am sure it will in peak season. OVERALL: A great place to stay.

Condo has all u need 4 your daily routine. Only thing that could be added is a ceiling fan to keep bedrooms cooler. Or put up curtains instead of blinds to filter the light.

So close to perfect
A really nice place that is only steps from the beach. The view to the ocean is beautiful. The only complaint is the slow elevator to the 5th floor. Many times I questioned if I REALLY needed an item in the room, because I didn't want to wait for the elevator, and I didn't want to climb 5 fights of stairs one more time. Nice beds, nice showers and a well stocked kitchen.

Great location to enjoy Hilton Head!
Our family of 5 really enjoyed staying at this property. The rental has an excellent location with a beautiful view of pool and ocean. The villa was spacious, clean, and met all of our needs. The decor and paint is lovely and the furniture is comfortable and new! The few cons: - The frogs in the lagoon directly down from villa are VERY loud from about 10:00 pm- 12:00 am. It took us a couple of nights to tune them out- so a noisemaker may be a good idea. However, the resident turtles are so cute! -The villa has vertical blinds which open and close easily, however a lot of light still shines through in the morning. A sleep mask would be helpful. - As with most rentals, household supplies are very basic and few. I brought paper towels, toilet paper, dish towels, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, ziploc bags, etc. There were plenty of trash bags and all items needed for basic cooking and food prep. Overall 10/10. Highly recommend!

Winter Get Away
Although this is a beautiful oceanfront property, the fact that it is in need of updating is a disappointment. The bathrooms are very outdated .We have stayed at Palmetto Dunes for 3 years and this is the most we've ever pd for out of season.so I was expecting better. If you're going to charge top dollar, out of season this property needs a makeover. The furniture was nice, but over all i was disappointed in this property. There was 1 casserole dish there... dirty; no wine opener, no large lids for pans, no storage/tupperware; no bags, saran wrap, alum foil, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc... the small bar soaps left were horrible and unuseable . We are owners of a rental property in a heavy resort area and no one who comes in for a week or two should have to go buy some of these staples that have always been provided for late arrivers (maybe a couple coffee pkts?) It was the bare minimum for a million$ oceanfront property.. you have a beautiful spot that could be top notch with a little money into it... no we would not rent there again for that kind of money out of season.

Beautiful views; relaxing environment; excellent property manager
The view was amazing…simple to get to the beach, and the grounds are stunning with fresh vegetation and flowers. A cup of coffee on the master balcony was the perfect way to start the day. The pool was being removed during our stay, and even with construction noise, it was awesome. At the beach, no noise was heard, and the view of the ocean made the construction fence bearable and still lovely. Carolyn was more accommodating to us in every way. We knew we would be driving in very late on the check in night and she provided all the back up info we needed to make it simple. We even added a day to our stay and she made all the adjustments very quickly and with such kindness. Chairs and umbrellas can be ordered for your use, but this unit came with 4 very nice chairs and a paddle beach game for use, so take them up in the offer. The unit was also very well stocked with dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and toilet papa et, which is so nice to not have to purchase onsite. Lastly, the availability of an ice machine in the complex was perfect for each days beach cooler. Would definitely return. My only comment is about the weird large soaking tubs in the two bedrooms and the small showers and toilet rooms. An update would make this place perfect.
