"Kosta Rooca" sleeps up to 4 people with coastal decor with a bright and clean atmosphere along with a night distant view of the Atlantic Ocean. The view you get from this 3rd floor unit is spectacular!
The open concept bedroom offers a King size bed. And Living room has a Queen Sleeper sofa.
The condo supplies everything that you will need for a comfortable stay with full kitchen supplies. Hardly a thing missed.
SUPPLIED:
*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets for the Bedroom and 1 set inside a plastic bag inside the bedroom Closet for the sleeper sofa. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Wash Cloth. The Sleeper Sofa Set consists of 1 set of sheets w/ 2 pillowcases, 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel & 1 Wash Cloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day. This is your amount for your stay.
*Also supplied: Dish, Laundry & Dishwasher Soaps (2 pods each), Kitchen Towels, Paper Towels, 2 Rolls of Toilet Paper, 2-3 Garbage Bags, Pot Holders, Bath Tissues, Shampoo and Conditioner. This is your amount for your stay.

Washer and Dryers on levels 1 & 2. 2 pods are provided for you upon arrival. You will have to go to the Convention Center past the Front Desk to purchase a money card and add credit to it. Each load is $3.00

BEACH CHAIRS: 3 Chairs and Wagon. - Beach Towels/Blankets not provided

The Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic Large Screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!
CONDO & RESORT INFORMATION
- Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
- Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival. Stocked with towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dries are located in the hallway. You will need to purchase a Money Card at the convention center. They are not coin operated.
- Unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
- NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. (FULL RESORT POLICY) – NO SMOKING
- NO Motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
- E-Bikes are not allowed through the Security Gate. There is a rack where they can be locked to by the Bike Rental Stand.
- Rental guests must be 21 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
- Security Gate and onsite presence 24/7.
- Resort Front Desk is open 7AM - 11:00pm for special needs or emergencies
