We just purchased this place in Aug 2019 and completely renovated. Everything is brand new for 2020. Beach Chairs and bikes included! All just steps to the beach and a couple blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut! Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex, two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki-Hut. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. In the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside Villas is a gated, oceanfront complex, two blocks from Coligny Plaza and the Tiki-Hut. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. In the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Biking is the preferred mode of transportation in South Forest Beach. Rentals are available across the street. There is also a Trolley that picks up across the street that goes to other popular island areas for a dollar a person. Numerous golf cart shuttles circle the area as well. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
