Stunning Four Bedroom Hilton Head Island vacation rental!

Come enjoy this totally renovated home with wonderful lagoon and Robert Trent Jones golf course views! The home has just been completely repainted and now has wood floors throughout the whole home! The Chef's Kitchen is beautiful with its granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The Kitchen will be fully-equipped with everything your family needs to cook a meal at home. The Dining Area just off the Kitchen features a new picnic style table with seating for six. The Living Room completes the open concept with its comfortable and contemporary furniture, wood floors, LCD TV and multiple sliders for easy access to your private deck and pool area. There is a large screened-in porch as well with plenty of furniture to relax and enjoy an outdoor meal.

The Primary Bedroom features a King bed, LCD TV, his and hers closets. A very large en-suite bathroom awaits with a completely updated vanity, garden soaking tub and large walk-in tiled shower. The primary bedroom also has it's own private deck with views of the pool and lagoon. The second bedroom has a queen bed and LCD TV. The third bedroom features two twins and LCD TV. The fourth bedroom upstairs features a king bed and en-suite bathroom.

Nice and quiet
Enjoyed the place. Quiet and could fish right out the back. Spacious and convenient. Like being able to go to Shelter Cove, directly across the street.

Less than expected
We rented the house for four (4) nights. I'm glad that it was no more. The house wasn't very clean with lots of dust piled on certain items and bugs and cobwebs in the corner. You could easily tell that the housekeeping has been performed in a hurried manner for quite some time. The shower glass looked as though it had never been cleaned. Several light bulbs were burned out. There were extra pillows in each bedroom but no pillow cases for them. There were microscopic ants on the vanity in the master bathroom. The outside was in a very unkept state. Lots of debris and no routine maintenance was evident. We are not sure if the owners are aware of how poorly their investment property is being cared for, but there is great room for improvement.
