Hilton Head Calm is a delightful country coastal Villa that is sure to please all travelers. This third floor, two bedroom, two bath unit is located in The Spa on Port Royal Sound- a water front complex offering stunning views and so much more! The relaxing, open floor plan provides plenty of space to enjoy with family and friends. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops along with everything the Chef could need. A barn door pantry provides storage for the beach chairs and buggy. A spacious dining and living area is both inviting and comfortable. The cozy bright sunroom, is the perfect spot to curl up with a good book after a day of shelling on the beach.
Enjoy the Master Suite, with a new king bed, and pretty en suite bath with a shower/tub combination, shiplap walls and updated fixtures.
The Guest bedroom has a queen bed and an additional updated bath steps away. This Villa also has a washer and dryer conveniently tucked away.
Whether you are traveling with 2 or 4, Hilton Head Calm is a fun spot to enjoy tennis, swimming, a fitness center, long walks and the beautiful views of the Port Royal Sound.

** Hilton Head Calm joined the iTrip family in May of 2021.

** The beach is a "tidal beach" and is NOT recommended for swimming. It is great for wading, sunbathing, beach exploration and sand play.** There are several traditional beaches nearby.

Great little trip!
This is second time we’ve stay at this property! Very affordable and had everything we needed! Decor in condo was great and although we didn’t use or play with any, there were lots of games and beach toys in the storage closet! I always bring my feather pillow when I travel, but there was the best king size feather pillow on the bed!! The only thing I would change is the check in and check out time so we could stay longer!!!!😊🏝️

Wonderful Hidden Gem
Our family had such a great vacation at Port Royal. The condo was in great condition with very comfortable beds. The view of the outdoor pool was spectacular, and the tidal ocean experience was so unique. All the people on the property were friendly, and the privacy was so nice. We will definitely be back!

Great Rental
This was our 4th year staying at The Spa at Port Royal. The location is perfect for people who like to explore the beach. The condo was updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. This condo takes a bit of energy to get to on the third floor, but we got used to the climb after a few days. My only complaint is that the guest bathroom vanity has no counterspace or drawers.

Fantastic Stay St HH Calm!
The beds were so comfortable. The villa was cozy, cute and very clean. The grounds were so peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back! I would suggest having a Keurig Coffee Maker. Appreciated having cable, we even got to watch a Soccer match for the Gold Cup. Amazing Stay!!! Thank you!!!

Our trip to Hilton Head was one of the most relaxing trips we have taken in a while. The condo, Hilton Head Calm, was incredibly clean and decorated with beautiful, modern touches. Comfortable two week staycation
The third floor two bedroom, two bath apartment was exactly as advertised. We enjoyed the lush landscaping and easy walk to the beautiful beach. Since we were a little early for the spring season, the outdoor pool was not yet open, but the indoor pool with a hot tub, sauna and exercise facility was a good substitute. Hilton Head has a lot to offer the visitor - good shopping, excellent restaurants and a nice public library very close to our condo complex.

Condo was great very accurate to pictures! Beautiful beach point for an evening stroll especially at low tide! Not a beach to hang out during the day. Great pool. Liked the secure gate at entry. Near airport so planes overhead all day but we didn’t mind. Would like a little more detergent for laundry. Loved having some toys to take to beach. Would recommend and stay here again! We were put on the 3rd floor and being older it was difficult taking our luggage and things up and down that many steps. We had trouble opening the door every time we came back. Other than that the place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The property we rented was spacious enough for four people to stay comfortably. There were more beds available but four seems to be a good number. The space was a short walk to the port royal sound which at low tide provides a great place to observe the living creatures that inhabit the area. The pools were clean and a good place to spend time. Overall it was worth the money. You should however be aware this is not on the ocean... not a big deal for us but might be for other. Overall the experience was excellent
