Drive three miles to Pirate's Island for a fun-filled day of mini-golf amid the waterfalls and skeleton-guarded pirate's treasure at this elaborate course. Or take a two-mile drive to Coligny Beach Park, an ocean-side park with landscaped walking and biking paths, swings, and beach equipment rentals.

We supply a basic starter pack of amenities. (including 1 paper towel roll, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags for the kitchen. 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 body soap bar , 1 hand soap bar, 2 toilet paper rolls for each bathroom) We do not provide seasonings (salt/pepper).

The resort pool is a very short walk from your villa. Across the street from the entrance of The Greens is the renowned Van Der Meer Tennis Club, and the Shipyard Golf Club is just 1 mile away. It is an easy 5-minute walk to the white sand beaches of Hilton Head through the Shipyard Beach Club access. Your rental boasts beach chairs and an umbrella.

The condo was very private, quiet, and clean. It was awesome to have 2.5 baths. Updated and remodeled bathrooms and kitchens and updated furniture. Quick walk to gorgeous white sand beach.

Great place!
This is a beautiful home in a great location (right across from the pool). It's nicely decorated and easily accommodated our whole family. The only reason for the 4 stars is that we intended to use the sofa bed but there were no sheets/pillow cases provided and we had to borrow some from a neighbor.

Great place
We really enjoyed the stay. Location was great, close to the pool and just a short walk/bike/drive to the beach. It was a pleasant surprise to get a beach parking pass to allow us to park closer to the beach access. The place was clean and updated. The only negative was that the listing shows a hot tub, and that doesn’t exist. But it wasn’t a huge deal. The beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

2nd year!
This is our 2nd year at this property and we enjoyed it for our family! The TV didn’t work well and could be updated, but we weren’t there to watch TV so it was fine and we made it work. We couldn’t find sheets for the pull out. Would like to have those next time! Overall, a great spot!

Pros and Cons
Pros - location to beach, clean and nice beach wagon and toys for kids. Kitchen was well appointed. Cons - everything is very outdated. The sinks are slow, furniture was VERY old and uncomfortable. The unit needs an update. Overall our stay was good but probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location, clean, spacious unit
We loved our stay in this unit. It was very clean, updated and had a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The unit was in a great location within walking distance to the beach. The only reason to not give it a 5 overall is the unit needs to have an extra lock on the front door that isn't a part of the keypad and sliding glass doors need to have an extra lock attached to each. We felt a little uneasy about the security of the doors. Most units that we rent have that extra level of security so you know all doors are locked properly.

HHI Beach Condo
This condo is in the perfect location, community pool is right out the front door and the beach is just a short walk/drive down the street. There is a very strong musty/damp odor throughout the condo and came home with the smell on our clothes that where in the bedroom closets. There is damp rid in the condo as an attempt to decrease the odor and smell but it is very strong. We also witnessed water bubbling up from the kitchen floor (was reported to property manager). the smell really takes away from how wonderful the condo is. the beds are extremely comfortable and the back deck is perfect and overlooking the golf course.

Really good and cute condo!
I love it, very close to pool, kitchen full equipment, has 2,5 bathrooms. Nice small deck. Bedrooms and bathrooms upgraded, beach like 15 min away when you walk and few min when you on a car.Wi-Fi was very slow . Just one thing that I didn’t like and upset me, the condo doesn’t have a parking number assigned, so it’s first come first serve. One day we had unexpectedly came back home and there was a neighbours car right next to our side walk. You can’t load or unload your stuff. And there’s nothing you can do about it. Overall very good experience!

The pool was great, and the access to the beach was relatively easy. Other than that, the accommodations were mediocre, at best. When we first arrived, there was garbage outside by the door, which looked like animals had gotten into it, and it wasn’t cleaned up properly. Also, the garden hose was thrown into the corner. We noticed a strong musty smell throughout the condo. The upstairs TV was left on(like someone was still there), and the garbage from the previous tenants was still in the kitchen garbage can. We had to hunt through the night-stand and side table drawers, which were filled random cords and junk to figure out how to turn the TVs on as well as operate the 3 remotes for each TV. The games and books that were left for tenants were thrown into a cabinet and also in the corner of the living room area. There was random furniture and area rugs in the master bedroom’s closet, and the second bedroom’s door did not open all of the way because the bed was in the way. Additionally, in the second bedroom, a chair was placed in front of the closet, and one of the dresser drawers was broken, so, if not careful, the drawer could potentially fall to the floor and injure someone. Additionally, one of the doors to the laundry area was missing, which was later found behind one of the dressers. Not all of the dishes were clean. For example, I went to use a wooden spoon from the counter, and there was dried pasta caked onto it. The lighting outside was so dim, that it was difficult to see to enter the security code for the door. Overall, for the money that we spent, the pool and beach were great, but the accommodations were subpar and disappointing.

Great Vacation Townhouse
Pleasantly surprised, very clean, updated, nicely decorated and close to the beach. Liked the tile floor in the first floor, master king bed very comfortable, bathrooms recently renovated. My first time visiting HHI, so I was worried how far of a walk it would be to the beach, but it's only a 10-15 min walk. The pool was right outside the unit. Could use new beach chairs and umbrellas. Great stay, would love to return to the Greens complex

Issues
Upon entering there is a very musky smell. We began bringing our luggage in and a cleaning lady with her 2 kids came straight in checking to see if the unit was cleaned. It appeared to have been. However I found a dirty cleaning rag on the back of the Dining chair. The floors were dirty not from only sand but other things as well. Paper pieces for one. Our feet were dirty with stuff sticking to the bottoms. Dirty coffee cup in cabinet. Just off from the back deck where empty plastic bottles. I did call and ask for a new mop to be brought and I mopped the unit myself within the walking areas where we would be. Upstairs twin beds the spreads had dog or cat hair. I think cat. The king bed quilt was dirty and we washed it.

Wonderful!
Our family of four stayed in Greens 170 for a week and it was lovely! For the practical mom, I loved having a hose on the front porch to spray off all the sand and a spot to let it all dry out. Having trash cans right there was also wonderful. The kitchen had everything we needed. We rented bikes and it was a short ride to the beach (we accessed through Port O' Call because we had friends staying there). It would be nice to have a better broom or vacuum in the unit to periodically clean the floors. And if they included a golf voucher, my husband would have been ecstatic! Otherwise, a great home and great stay!

Great location and updated interior!
We loved the location and the interior was updated and really nice. We didn’t realize that the coffee maker there wasn’t a Keurig but a slow drip coffee maker. We would have brought filters and ground coffee if we’d known. We were unable to find filters (flat bottom) at the grocery store so we had to rely on instant coffee in the morning. (Yuck!) Not a big deal but would have been nice to know.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was stated as is. The flooring was nice as we have stayed in other condos in this area before that had old carpeting that smelled. This condo did not. Everything was in working order. The beach umbrella was not there which was disappointing as we would have brought our own if we known that. Lastly the mattresses were extremely soft, so depending on what you like that is a pro or a con.

Great Location and Amenities
We loved staying at this HHI condo. The location and proximity to the beach, pool and local restaurants was ideal. We especially loved all the shaded bike trails offered in Shipyard. The condo was very clean and well equipped with a good selection of beach chairs, sand toys and a wagon! The beds were comfortable and the 2 1/2 baths was such a luxury. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We always enjoy HHI and being rt across from the pool and within 10 min of the beach was awesome. Vacation rental was nice although it did not seem it was attended to with detail. We had black mold where the sky light was that had been growing for awhile. We made them aware and within a day it was cleaned and painted. Next the shower curtains were so nasty we went to dollar tree and bought our own so that was something else we mentioned initially that was never handled. Lastly, the bed spread had dirt and blood stains and the answer was use the one in the closet but my question is why was it on the bed? Gross! Anyways, we had a nice stay, beds were very comfortable and we had a blast. I would not book this townhouse again. Also it appeared to be outdated compared to others around us our family and friends stayed in.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like everyone, we rented based on pictures and other assumptions, sight unseen. You we had expectations and some were fulfilled, others not. The location is excellent, across the street from the pool and 10-15 minute walk to the beach on a shaded path.(WARNING: Lots of bike traffic so be aware of your little ones and of other people on bikes.) Upon entry, the condo appeared clean. After further review, it was more so tidy than really clean. We were missing towels/sheets/pillowcases and interestingly enough, no one's bed were made in the traditional way; fitted sheet around the mattress with a top sheet under the comforter. Weird. We had a little trouble figuring out the thermostat but we called and the host company responded immediately to help us resolve. The unit cooled down ok but the circulation was a little challenged. The air speed on the fan would certainly benefit to be increased to circulate air more effectively and cut down on condensation. We did call about the linens, etc. but there was an issue with housekeeping and at the end of the day, didn't really want to be inconvenienced or have someone poking around our stuff. The beach stuff in storage (chairs/umbrella/cart/beach toys) were really handy and a tremendous benefit. The coffee maker was a learning experience. There is a hole on the back that should have a rubber stopper on it for draining it. It was removed by someone so if you tried to make a whole pot, you got water everywhere. I figured it out though I thought that was annoying. There was a few light bulbs out, dirty air vents and I think housekeeping could have made it a lot cleaner (dirty floor) before we got there. The other challenge and I know it because we lived in Florida, is the general dampness. Doesn't matter how your tight your zip locks are or other things, there will be a damp, musty feel. That goes back to my comment about running the AC fan at a higher speed. We bought some generic damp rid at the dollar store.
