Very Nice
Stayed here for a long weekend while on HHI for a wedding. Nice, quiet location that is indeed close to the Coligny beach. Pool was appreciated by the grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful 4 bedroom property with beautifully decorated and comfortable furnishings. Within walking distance of everything we needed. Great host that remembers the little things!

Our stay was excellent. The property was outstanding! Clean, well equipped, and great communication with Jody! We will absolutely stay here again. The location was great. A very short walk to the beach. I can say this has been the best place I have stayed with VRBO.

Great HHI Home
Really enjoyed our stay here. House was in a great location, easily walkable to a lot of places including the beach. Spacious and clean, I would absolutely recommend this place. Community pool was great and if you’re a tennis player the facilities are great including a few covered courts.

Great winter weekend
Lovely spacious property with plenty of room for our family and our dog. Well stocked kitchen and very clean condo. Quick walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this condo. It was so comfortable and clean. The owner was very welcoming and easy to reach. The location was excellent and close to the beach and many bike paths, shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed to cook a few nice meals. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets. We can’t wait to come back!

The place was amazing. Extra clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again. Every detail was thought of from toiletries to laundry supplies. Plenty of towels. Just perfect. Would highly recommend. The owner was always in touch making sure we had everything we needed. She made it a perfect weekend for us.

Wonderful Stay!
This property was just as advertised! Our trip consisted of 5 adults and 3 kids, and this house was perfect for us! It was very clean and extremely well stocked- even for our Thanksgiving dinner). It's a short walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and the house had beach chairs and other supplies available. Our host was extremely friendly and sent multiple texts to check in. We would definitively stay here again!

Quiet Tide Condo
The Quiet Tide Condo was a very nice and comfy vacation. Jody went out of her way to make sure our stay was effortless and carefree. The condo was exactly as the web site indicated and more. It was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants by coligny plaza. We would definitely come here again.

Perfect experience!
Just got back from a perfect week at HH! Weather cooperated and the condo we rented had everything we could want! Location was perfect with beach, restaurants and playgrounds close by. Jodi, the property owner checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable. The condo has lovely furnishings and artwork throughout. We would stay again, for sure!

Perfect location and hospitality
Jodi was super communicative and helpful from booking through check out. The place was a perfect location between restaurants, tennis and beach. All walkable. Wonderful, Family-Friendly Condo!
The condo was very comfortable and clean, and in an excellent location. It was an easy walk to the beach, the playground and Coligny Plaza. Everything was as described, and Jodi was very quick to respond to any questions. She also proactively reached out with info and recommendations, which was appreciated! Finally, she provided everything we needed as a family traveling to the beach (beach towels, chairs, a wagon, sand toys, etc.). We had a great trip and would definitely stay here again!

The condo was large enough to handle our family of 11. Two were babies...the baby gates and pack in play came in handy! The kids loved the pool. The condo was peaceful and quiet. We were just a short distance to the beach.

Great Family Vacation
The unit itself was great. It was very clean and well kept. The only drawback to this property was the distance to the beach. It was about a 10 minute walk for us. Our host was fabulous, very accommodating, and so easy to work with. She went above and beyond to make our stay a great one. Overall a great vacation and would be willing to rent from our host again.

Spring Break / Tennis Getaway
Clean / Well Supplied / Easy Communication / Pet Friendly / Comfortable Seating & Beds!! Our daughter played tennis with her college team for spring break. Two of her teammates stayed with us. The girls shared the bedrooms and bathroom on the 2nd floor. There was more that enough space and supplies. She graduates this year or else we would not hesitate to go back again next year.

This was our fourth year taking a family beach trip to Hilton Head. This is the only place we’ve wanted to rebook. So clean compared to other places we’ve stayed. Owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. Place is nicely decorated. Plenty of room for everything and everybody. Even with young kids and all the beach gear required for young kids, we were able to walk to the beach and the pirate playground near Coligny. Pool is right behind the condo. Plenty of parking. We loved staying here!

Great Place and Wonderful Host
This property was exactly as advertised. VERY clean and has EVERYTHING you need for a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and the linen’s and towels were high quality. Kitchen is very well equipped. Costal decor throughout definitely gives you that beachy vibe. Location was fantastic. Walking distance to Coligney plaza & the beach. Host provides chairs & beach towels if needed. There is not one thing this host overlooked. Kudo’s Jody you have a 5 star rental. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends. We will be back 😁

Felt so at home! 10 stars!
From start to finish our stay was a perfect vacation with our family! The home was a perfect lay out for all of us to have space but be together, my husband and I and our 2 children were up stairs and each of the grandparents had their own space down stairs. Jodi was wonderful as a host and if I had the option of 10 stars I would give it! We are already planning a return trip for us all again next year if not sooner, the walk to the beach was easy for the kids and older adults, I couldn’t have asked for a better home that was not my own but felt like it! Such a perfect trip and time with family and can’t wait for the next!
