There is everything you need for a fun family Vacation in Villamare 3526. BLACK OUT t curtains in the bedrooms for sleeping late, games, blocks, cards, comfy furniture plus beach towels. to use while visiting The unit has a southern exposure which makes all rooms and terraces bright and sunny all year round, especially in the winter months. No need to bring beach towels as I have added beach towels for your convenience. Both Terraces have Ocean Views and glorious Sunsets. The kitchen has been remodeled with all stainless steel appliances and granite counters and is equipped with all you will need for a busy active family, including Keurig, and drip coffee pots, crock pot, blender, and hand mixer. As a property manager for over 15 years, I have tried to make this condo as comfortable as your own home. We have added a new Washer and Dryer. The Foyer entrance has been remodeled and opened up for easier entrance to the Living room and "B" bedroom unit.
The living room has new furniture 2024 and is comfortable and cozy with plenty of seating for all and a 42" SMART TV on a moving arm and over 200 channels. The Living Room Terrace and second bedroom both have views of the ocean as seen in the pictures provided.
The Dining Room table seats 4 plus 2 bar stools make dining easy for your busiest days at the beach.
****Both the Master Bedroom and B unit Bedroom have new Blackout Curtains so you and your children or guests can sleep late. The Masters Bath has been remodeled and has a privacy glass partition added between the Sink/Tub area and Master Bedroom. The Bath area has new cabinetry and granite counters.
The Second Bedroom has 2 queen sized beds and a large private bath and shower which was remodeled in 2020. The "B" bedroom also has a SMART TV with instruction and picture of the remote to make usage easy!!.
We are in Building #3 which has 2 elevators for your convenience and plenty of underground parking. The Palmetto Dunes Association requires a $25.00 car pass fee per car per week which you will pay for and pick up when you first enter thru the Security gate. The fee is prorated according to the lenght of your stay.
