Paradise Found is a gorgeous, designer furnished, 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home in beautiful Sea Pines! With enough room for 18 guests, you and your family/friends will have enough space for relaxation, fun and the building of fond memories!

Enter the house to discover 18 foot high ceilings in the main area. The dining room is big and spacious, with a sitting area and a Pottery Barn table that seats 8 and can extend to seat 14 (or more) comfortably. The bar cabinet offers everything you need to make the perfect cocktail.

The Chef Kitchen is truly magnificent! Everything you need is there. 2 Dishwashers, 2 Refrigerators (the second one downstairs), 2 Ovens, a custom gas range, built-in microwave, and all the appliances a Chef needs to create the perfect dish. The island is very large and 3 people can sit with the Chef. There is plenty of pantry space and an additional pantry closet off the dining room. Everything is top notch: you will love this kitchen!

The kids will love several areas of this house. First there is the game room, equipped with a Pac-Man game (and other games from the 80s), a foosball table, and plenty of board games/puzzles. The kid's bunk room can sleep 8 and has a fun nook that they love to play in. They will love being all together in that room! Outside there is a pool, plenty of outdoor games like spike ball and Cornhole, and don't forget the Climbing Wall! Kids and teens love testing themselves on that! After coming in from the pool, they can hang out in the garage and play ping pong and darts, or dry off while watching TV.

The pool and hot tub and magical and enchanting at night, with their rotating color and inviting water. Kids and adults a like love to spend hours in the water at night! The pool can be heated year around for a fee.

The guest rooms are beautifully decorated and have ensuite bathrooms. The primary bedroom is large with a luxurious bathroom that has a two faucet shower and seats. The other rooms were each designed with a specific theme which occupants will love. They have their own showers or bathtubs, and each room comes with it's own Roku TV. They are beautiful sanctuaries to retreat to!

There are several gathering places to enjoy one another's company. The den is large, yet also cozy and intimate. The fire pit is a nice place to gather with a glass of wine. The premium hot tube seats 7 and is a favorite! Or hang out on one of the multiple outside decks and enjoy the views.

For those who want to stay in active, head down to the home gym! There are free weights, a Bowflex machine, a pull up bar, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. Please note: the gym and rec area is not heated or cooled.

The beach is only a 4-minute walk and the beach is one of the quietest sections in Sea Pines.

Sea Pines is a fantastic, 5000-acre community with 4 golf courses, 2 harbors, wonderful bike trails, a fun stable for the kids, a forest preserve, abundant wildlife (watch out for those gators!), historic ruins, shops and restaurants, and beautiful beaches. Once you've been here, you'll want to come back again and again!

Just outside of Sea Pines is Coligny Beach with it's public beach, shops and restaurants. It's only a 10-15 bike ride from the house. Two grocery stores are just outside the main gate (Harris Teeter & Publix), as well as a movie theater. Putt putt courses are just down Hilton Head Parkway and there are plenty of places to rent and enjoy boating activities. Hilton Head pretty much has a it all!

Additional Info: The pool can be heated to 85 degrees March 15th-October 31st for $47/day, November 1st-January 1st for $57/day. The new gas heater can maintain the temp in any weather. The fee is applied to your whole stay, minimum 3-night stay. There is no partial heating offered (ex. 4 out of 7 days).

A set of 10 premium beach towels can used during your rental period for $50.
