This was a fine property. The location is convenient to the beach and The Salty Dog. Both bedrooms and both bathrooms are large. The kitchen, however, is tiny and not really conducive to cooking a big meal for a family. We had a good time.

Great location
A little dated but VERY clean, lots of space and so close to everything you need! We were very happy with our stay. Being new to Hilton Head, I wish it was stressed a little more the importance of stopping to pick up your welcome package before driving all the way back to the location.

Extremely "homely"
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only negative was access to the beach. It says "1 minute walk to the beach". This is not a beach. This is access to water but I would not call it a beach. We had to ride our bikes or if we were hauling equipment, we'd drive to the beach. The only place where we could park was over 5 miles away in the public parking by Coligney Beach Park. Everywhere else we had to ride bikes to gain access because its all private property and no parking is allowed unless you are a homeowner.

Convenient to beach and Salty Dog
This condo has a great location - short walk to South Beach which we prefer for ability to swim and less crowds vs. Ocean beach at Sea Pines. And proximity to the marina and Salty Dog is great! We love the bike/running trails and Sea Pines and by staying here you are at the end of the trail and can go all over the island to get lots of miles in. As far as the condo itself, it has everything you need but is no-frills and does not have a view of any ocean or sound. As long as you prefer to be outside and aren’t wanting a luxury home experience you will be very pleased. The condo is older and a little worn, but everything was clean and we were very comfortable and happy. Bring your own beach chairs because there is only one in the condo, and the umbrella provided would not stand up to beach winds. Also, know that if you do want to drive and park at the Beach club (ocean beach) then you would need to be one of the first 50 cars in the lot to be able to park there. Otherwise have to use the shuttle on Greenwood. Overall we had an amazing time at Sea pines this trip - great fishing, seafood from Barnacle Bills, mini golf at Pirate’s Island, and of course lots of ice cream from The Salty Dog!

Great Stay
We enjoyed our 2-night stay in this Bluff Villa. It was super clean and well equipped. Being at South Beach was great fun — easy access to the Salty Dog — a high point when visiting Sea Pines.

The location was awesome. Very close to the beach and Salty Dog businesses. The villa was overall clean, but the bathroom floors could use a good scrubbing. There weren’t any kitchen staples there (i.e., salt and pepper, coffee and filters), so a person staying there will need to get those items if they’re eating and/or cooking in.

Great location
We’ve stayed many times in the Bluff villas. This is the first time we’ve stayed at one managed by Vasca. Our villa wasn’t even cleaned when we got there, despite at check in telling us it was. They did send someone out to clean and said I would be refunded my cleaning fee (still waiting for the refund). There were also tiny ants on the in the kitchen so I had to make sure no open food was left on the counters.

Great fall mini-vacation
My husband and 2 adult children enjoyed a 4 night stay at this villa. We have stayed in Bluff Villas many times over the years but never this particular villa. As usual, the villa was clean and tastefully decorated. I would recommend this villa. We received our welcome package ahead of time and didn't have to check in which was wonderful considering it was late when we arrived. We checked out online. Very easy and convenient.

We are very familiar with the South Beach area of the island as we have been vacationing at Hilton Head since the late 70's. We have stayed in several of the Bluff Villas over the years and this unit was very nice. The location was quiet (as is most of South Beach), well appointed and very comfortable!

Clean and calm place
We visited HHI during memorial day weekend. Place was nice and clean. Walking distance to beach and other shopping areas. We had 3 kids under age of 5, therefor beach near this condo was perfect. Very quite and secluded. It does not have big waves so perfect for toddlers. Also we got to see dolfins and blue crab near beach early morning and evening. We also used two adult bikes that come with rental. It was definitely fun riding bike on the beach during sunset and once in a while dolphins jumping was added bonus. Condo also has beach chairs and monopoly board games. There is trolly going to harbour town every hour near bluff villas. This place has community view but we did not mind it as we spend most of time on beach and biking. Only drawback was WiFi was keep loosing signals and affecting cable streaming. VRBO does not say it and it is hard to figure out from picture but second bed room has one single bed and one full size bad so it is good for 6 people and not for 7. 7th person would be sleeping on pull out couch. Kitchen counter was mostly clean. Some pots and pan and cups were dirty. Other than that, everything was nice and as expected.
