Great Views!!
Our family had a great time, and enjoyed our stay at the condo. The views of the sound were amazing, and being able to walk along the shore during low tide was really fun! Not far from Folly Field Beach Park and lots of grocery stores and shops around the area. Also fun watching some planes as the condo is close to the airport. That being said, the area is quiet and tucked back from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the island. Recommend staying here!

Cozy condo, great location!
Loved the condo and location! It was perfect for family of 4! Very clean and cozy, comfy beds, well furnished and everything you need for the beach or play tennis. Steps away from the beach and facing the pool. Our host Robbie was very friendly and responsive, we will definitely be back!

Nice Getaway
Location is perfect; we loved the view of the patio and the beach access. Easy to communicate with owner/representative. Unit is clean and comfortable but just a bit cramped with furniture and accessories. Only disappointment was lack of a reserved parking space, although parking close to unit was always available. We would return.

What a wonderful property. The view of the sound was fabulous. I enjoyed the changes of the Tides and the lush greenery throughout the property. I really enjoyed the swing looking out at the water.

The property was nice my daughter didnt care for the beach , the two rwin beds were not comfortable they squeak . There is a cleaning fee so i didnt feel like we needed to wash towels but it was fine . Next time i will look forva place within walking distance from shoppping

Perfect for two
My 17 year old and I loved this place and Will absolutely come again. The little patio was perfect for cloudy afternoons to read, woke up to see the beach out my window, and my teenager had a lot of fun exploring the property and the beach.

We were very disappointed with the "ocean front". It's not Ocean front, it's barely a beach, you can't swim, it's dirty and mucky water and sand. We had to travel to other beaches to swim. We choose beach front so we can walk out the door to the beach and swim, this was not the case here. The condo was out dated but perfect for what we needed. It was spacious and clean. The grounds were nicely kept and the pools were nice as well. We would not stay here again because of the beach/muck but if you are looking for a nice place to just relax, it's perfect.

Nice and convenient
Our stay was great, but it was on the second floor and a lot of steps for senior people. The parking sucked. Sometimes we had to walk 100 yards or so, from where we parked to get to our place, other than that it was a nice place to stay. It would’ve been nice had the advertisement said that it was on the second floor.

This is a great unit with a desirable location within the complex. The sound/ocean is visible from the enclosed balcony. The unit had everything needed and the property manager was very responsive.

Family-friendly condo with personal touches
Condo is conveniently located near our family in Hilton Head Plantation. The whole condo is decorated beautifully with gorgeous furniture! We were here to spend Thanksgiving with family, and were pleasantly surprised that kitchen was well-equipped to help with some of the food preparation. Other pleasant touches were family-friendly DVD's, books, and beach toys.

It was lovely. The beach was very private, the grounds were kept nice. The condo itself is a little dated. I thought the unit could of been cleaner but it was great for the price. Will come back to Hilton Head!

Beautiful and Quiet Atmosphere
We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean and neat upon arrival. We could have used a few more kitchen amenities....can opener, baking pans, etc. The location was very close to the pool and the sound. The staff and security were very friendly did an excellent job of maintaining property and keep rules enforced. The bike paths were fantastic and very family friendly. Overall, an excellent stay.

Wonderful view of the ocean.
The unit was a little dated. Internet connection was not smooth. The kitchen could be set up more conveniently but it was well stocked for cooking. Beds were nice and comfortable. Very peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Good location- cluttered property
The location and views are beautiful. There is too much furniture in the master to get in the closet. Excessive number of drinking glasses causing kitchen needs to be spread throughout the condo causing more clutter. Electric outlets covered by furniture, not accessible. Never figured out how to make the one on the balcony work.

Ocean Magic
The location of this unit is by far its greatest asset. Access to this unique beach was only steps away and the view from the unit was wonderful. Unfortunately the windows and screens were so dirty, my wife as compelled to clean them in order to enjoy the view. The unit was darker than we expected, but with very comfortable furnishings. The master bed provided for great sleeping. We stayed a month and had to request additional kitchen tea towels and wash clothes, as only one of each was provided. Parking was always easy and the staff at The Spa on Port Royal Sound were very friendly and helpful.

Decent place but could’ve been better
Overall, we had an okay time. I liked how the beach was less populated than other parts of the island. Things that I did not like were: the lanai is not quite the balcony feel. It has screens and only one window opens all the way without a screen. None of the windows on the lanai lock! And, there is not interior lock on the door of the condo. Both of these things made us feel a little unsafe. There’s no telling who all has the code to the door. We put a chair against it at night time. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well. The dishwasher did not work. The tide goes out so far that you can’t play in the water until it comes back in which was not until about 4pm when we were there. We brought our children with us, ages 3 and 5. There were at least 3 instances where an older person made a comment to us because of the kids. The people here must not be used to kids. Kids are excited at the beach one person even came out of their room at noon to tell us we need to remember that there are other people’s bedrooms around there. This was as we were walking to the beach and the kids were just excited about going. We will not be going back.
