Wonderful stay
Lots of pools, nice jacuzzi, bar and deli on the property. Boardwalk to the beach with a nice bar. Great place for bicycles. Fresh seafood just across the street. Fun place.

Great experience!
We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed ourselves! The condo was clean and had everything we needed (even some board games). The short walk to the beach was nice and we saw 2 alligators! The only downside of our stay was that the hot tub was closed the entire last day we were there. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a family!

The little condo was perfect for myself and my family. It was a nice and a well kept property. Easy access to the beach as well! It was stocked well enough and the everything was as described on the listing. The outdoor pool was tons of fun too! The only I wish they had was a better workout area.

Exceeded expectations!
Clean, little extras - the coveted HHI beachfront at your fingertips. Quiet, no crazy people, kid friendly too - there are quiet adult and family friendly resort level pools complete with bar, great food - priced incredibly well. Not disappointed or hit with any surprises like some places! Cocos bar at end of beach was a next level treat!!!

I couldn’t have been happier when we opened the condo door to the awaiting and welcoming sea turtles. The place was absolutely perfect! There was plenty of room for the three of us and then some. All the necessities and more were available for us, including puzzles & games, kitchen accessories, beach chair & bags and so much more. It was a relaxing walk to the beach, passing by an alligator pond and the food at Cocos was good and reasonable. We had plenty of activities nearby and thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend. We will definitely be back!!

I can think of zero complaints - better than expected in many ways - zero stress (this place has everything and the location and price is a steal! 5 stars isn’t enough. Rare to get a vrbo that exceeds expectations but there’s nothing disappointing!

Family fun
This place worked really well for our family of six. It was comfortable, affordable, functional and great for our family. Could it be bigger? Of course. Could the corners have been a little cleaner? Sure. But overall this place was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun Hilton Head stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool, pickleball court, and nice boardwalk to a very nice beach.

Condo description misleading
We were disappointed in our stay at the Hilton Head Resort. The description of the condo seems to employ marketing speak that is misleading but can be argued by the writer to be accurate. For instance, beach access. In our experience, beach access means you walk out the main gate or door straight to the beach. It does not mean that the beach is a half to three-quarters of a mile away. When the description says that a "washer" is available, the assumption is that it is in the condo. It is not a laundry you pay for on the other side of the building. In addition, the condo appeared not to have been deep cleaned in sometime. There was a lot of dust; the master bathtub had a lot of dirt around it and the mat inside the tub. Also, we were unable to use the TV in the living room because we couldn't get it to work. The directions attached to the TV, even when the wifi was working, didn't work and appeared to be incomplete at best. We will not be back for sure.

Upon arriving at the condo, we first noticed that there were coffee grounds left in the coffee maker. We cleaned that out and plugged the coffee maker in, however the coffee maker would not turn on to work. After going into the bathrooms, we were disappointed that they were not as the pictures perceived, especially with the “patched” floor of the master bathroom. There was a big clump of hair in the left top corner of the shower as well. When getting our towels and wash rags to take showers, we found other people’s hair in the towels that were not ours. Along with these things, we also had pest control trying to enter the condo while we were staying. Our last night’s stay, the keypad was reluctant to work, and we had to tap on it for approximately 5 minutes for it to work again. The check out instructions that were left on the refrigerator versus the instructions that were on VRBO were also contradicting.

Not close to the beach!
Decided to extend our trip to attend high school class reunion. The property was nice, a little dated. However, the description said it is close to the beach. It definitely is not walkable!!! It was at least a mile away!

Reasonable for the Money
Overall, our stay was good. We were disappointed by the cleanliness when we arrived. I emailed the property manager. The resort was dated in placea but it was fine for what we paid. The condo itself was very well taken care of. We enjoyed Hilton Head, a great vacation destination.

Good Condo for a winter in Hilton Head
Knowing the weather would be cooler we selected this resort since it has an indoor pool, indoor hot tub, track, fitness center, sauna, and steam room. All very nice. The condo had everything we needed for our two week stay. We rented bikes and they have a bike rental at this location. Convenient to everything.

New Years stay
Our family had a great time Gere. The condo was clean, comfortable and updated. We had all cooking utensils we needed and ample space. Loved the building with the indoor pool and the board walk to the beach. Roger was exceptionally kind, responsive and pleasant. We look forward to staying here again!

Fun with family
Nicely decorated condo. It was decently priced for a 2-bedroom unit. The master bathroom could use a new bathtub & shower, but we delt with it. Plenty of useful kitchen items. We really enjoyed the pier to the beach since we love to walk. The weather turned out better than forecast. YEAH! All in all, a great stay.

Family Friendly Location
This location had everything we needed. There was no shortage of beach supplies and communication with Rodger was very easy. The walk to the beach was about 10 minutes and the outdoor pools were fun when we needed a break from the beach. We were traveling with a 6, 9, 11, and 18 year old and there was something for everyone at this location.

I rented the condo in hopes that it was everything that I read on the website, and much to my surprise it was more ! The owner was AWESOME and answered all my questions and provided everything for the beach that you could possible need , chairs, wagons, sandbuckets, toys etc. If your looking for a great place to unwind and feel at home this is it ! Just found it very hard to take a shower since the tub was broken. I did take showers but was very difficult to stay away from the crack. Also we could not connect to the Wi-Fi our unit number never showed up for us to pick. We never got to connect. Other than those two issues it was great unit is very nice

Fantastic Beach Getaway
We visited in mid-October for fall break. Unit was exactly as described with a super easy check-in process. The property manager Rodger was friendly as provided quick responses via text. The unit faces the indoor pool, hot tub, and walking track which was very convenient in the evenings. The beach was located at the end of a private boardwalk, an easy walk for our family of 8. Beach toys, chairs, and a wagon were provided and saved us from having to pack out own. I would highly recommend staying in this unit and definitely recommend staying this time of year. Thank you for providing such a great place for my family and I to get away from reality. We will be back!

Perfect Getaway Condo!!
This condo was amazing!!! The owners sent very clear instructions on how to check in! There were 7 of us who stayed in the condo- 3 adults kids ages 12, 12, 8 & 3 There was plenty of room for us- The condo has recently been updated and it looks very nice, clean and refreshing! The owners have very graciously supplied all your needs for the beach there are beach towels in the condo- beach toys, numerous chairs and noodles and boogie boards and a Wagon to get it all to the beach all provided!!! So you can leave all of that stuff at home!! It is a good little walk to to beach but not bad at all most of it is on a board walk and not the sand- our second day there we tried driving and parking at a public beach access thinking it might be closer- it really wasn't that much closer and you had to drag the wagon in sand not along a boardwalk. The food at the condo - was great!!! Very reasonable priced- This was my 4th time to Hilton Head and I was shocked by the number of mosquitos!!! So bring Bug Spray!!! This had nothing to do with the condo- but just a piece of advice! We will definitely stay here again!!! Thank you again for sharing your condo with us!!!
