Hello - you are invited to enjoy our newly renovated Hilton Head Island beach getaway home! The 2 story 2 bedroom villa comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The home is bright, clean and adorable, located in a very quiet neighborhood that has 3 pools and 1 tennis court for you to enjoy! The beach is a short ½ mile walk away, as well as numerous shops and restaurants in Coligny Plaza. As you enter the ground floor of the property you will immediately notice the bright and breezy feel of your destination. The easy-going elegance of the coastal decor will make you feel right at home! The tile flooring will keep you nice and cool while you enjoy the warmth of the island and the home’s tropical garden views. Also downstairs, you will notice the charmingly shabby chic dining area overlooking the garden patio. Through the sliding doors you may step outside to enjoy rinsing off your beach gear to the sounds of chirping birds and the garden’s splashing water fountains. This villa truly boasts an idyllic location. Don’t forget to come back inside to enjoy the rest of the home, though, because there is a lot more to see! Continuing though the downstairs you will find a cheery sun room to enjoy your morning coffee or to socialize with friends in the evening while entertaining in the fully-stocked galley kitchen. The comfortable daybed in the sun room even has a pull-out trundle and is the perfect way to accommodate an extra guest or two! This room was designed to easily be closed off to both the kitchen and the dining/living room areas in cases where privacy is desired. Otherwise, enjoy it as another comfortable lounging area during your vacation. Proceeding into the kitchen you will find all new (as of Spring 2018) stainless appliances and quartz countertops. We strive to keep our kitchen clean as a whistle and filled with all the utensils, cookware, and serving ware you will need during your stay. As you conclude your downstairs tour you will notice the stack-able washer and dryer, provided for your convenience, and the charming powder room for washing up before dinner! Before you head upstairs, please be sure to notice all the woodworking details we’ve added, like the crisp-white bead board ceiling, chair rail accents, and crown molding. We also hope you will enjoy the custom art created for the home; an ocean-blue hand-blown glass sculpture and a joyous acrylic abstract painting, both from Charleston, SC. There are even more custom details to be enjoyed as you walk up the brightly-lit light oak stair well. Hang your purse, shopping bags, or rest your car keys on the peg board shelf so your hands are free to pick up a good book on the upstairs landing’s book case – there are good reads for young and old! Each of the carpeted bedrooms has gorgeous views of the neighborhood’s courtyard gardens and balcony access. You will sleep soundly in the quiet villa and enjoy the fresh towels and linens provided for your stay. There are 2 full baths upstairs, both completely new showers, toilets, and granite vanity tops as of 2017. We are sure you will find your stay incredibly relaxing, comfortable, and enjoyable. Amenities include basic cable and wireless internet, smart TVs downstairs in the living/dining room area and in each bedroom. Great location, near on of the best beaches
The property has a great location to main beach area and shops. The bike paths make Hilton Head a great place to vacation. The pools are great for keeping cool on a hot summers day.

Would stay here again!
This was my first time booking with Vrbo and it was a very pleasant experience. The villa was very perfect for our will on Hilton Head Island. Two of the three pools are very close. The beach is also very close but we opted to drive. It was great having a kitchen and laundry available. There are three rafts available for the pool and towels. We also left some beach toys to share with families in the future. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick Family beach trip June 2024
We had a great time. Villa was really cute and cozy, had no issues at all. Check in was easy and no hassles. The ONLY suggestion I have is to make sure there are no dead bugs laying around. Maybe from spraying for pests is why but there were several dead bugs laying out in the floor down stairs when we arrived. Other than that it was a nice trip!

Adorable villa
The condo was just as cute as it could be! I loved that we did not have to bring beach towels or chairs since they were provided by the owners. It was just a little bike ride to shopping and restaurants. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but on a path and the owners have a beach cart provided. Next time we will bring our wagon. There are grocery stores that are close. There is not specific parking but general parking for everyone and make sure that you put your parking passes in the windows of your car. There are parking nazi’s that will be on you if you don’t. Pedals was great for getting bicycles and the owner was warm and receptive on the phone when I called. Great little place! We would stay again!

First time to Hilton Head
First time vacationing Hilton Head Island. This is definitely a family destination. Si happy our hosyt were exceptional. Fishing on CAPTAIN Hooks Charter wasn't. Party of 8 only 2 fish caught. Extremely rough water. We were tossed around like rag dolls. Which was matched by dinner at the seafood restaurant SCOTTS FISH MARKET, son order missing the fish. It was very noticeable because the portions were so small. Quite overpriced, but it tasted good. Loved our villa the Sunroom was perfect for our Granddaughter.

Great place in a great location
Our family of five (kids ages 2-15) had a great time here! The bedrooms are a generous size, bathrooms are nice, and my teen LOVED the room off the kitchen with the daybed/trundle. They have so many extra bed linens, towels and kitchen stuff which really stood out to me. My tea loving kid now insists we need an electric kettle haha. We used the washer and dryer a handful of times, and it worked well! We bike everywhere and it was easy to get to the beach, Coligny plaza, and the celebration park (our main destinations). Thanks for the great stay!

Perfect family getaway
We loved our stay at South Forest Beach with our extended family. The location had several pools and was close to the beach, PLUS, we were able to visit the local alligator and turtles, which of course the kids loved. The home was the perfect size and had all of the amenities available - chairs, rafts and toys. The instructions on the site were clear, and Brooke was an amazing communicator - always responsive right away to our questions, including those about the interesting ocean creatures we encountered, and advice about the terrific lifeguards and tide tables. We would stay here again in a heart beat - and in fact, our grandson wants us to buy a place here so we can come again as soon as possible. We could not have asked for anything more from the house or the owners. It would be cool to have a list of the closest grocery stores, bike rentals, and host favourites posted in the house, so guests don't have to bother the owners, but they were incredibly patient and generous with their advice. We were also able to find shops and the local fun places to eat, shop and get ice cream at coligny beach center quickly - because it is basically just around the corner and has everything! This place is ideal for your next trip so grab it while you can.

Beautiful villa, beautiful island!
This villa is beautifully updated, and impeccably clean. The owner was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. We traveled by plane to get here, so we were unable to bring all we would normally bring for a beach vacation. Everything we needed was already there. The bedding and linens were as good as any luxury hotel. We have rented several beach homes throughout the years, and this one was by far the nicest. The owner obviously takes great care of this property and it shows. The villa is also in a great location and close to the beach. Hilton Head is a beautiful island! Thank you Brooke for helping us to have a great family vacation!

Beyond Expectations

Further from Beach then we understood. For children i recommend driving and parking in public parking across from Marriott. The home is cute and functional. The south is full of bugs Expect lots of bugs. This is not walking distance for children

3 generations on a family vaca. Property is beautiful, clean, good location. Choice of 3 pools was great for kids and adults. Short walk to the beach. Central location for sightseeing and restaurants. Sleeps 6 but only seats 4 for dining. We had a great time.

Lovely villa close to the beach!
Brooke was very easy to reach and helpful with any issue that arose. I appreciated the easy access to communications. This spot worked out great for our four adults and it was conveniently located to many other places on the island!

Great place to stay for a family vacation
Property is wonderfully maintained. The rental unit is well cared for and easy to access. Owner does a great job communicating with you pre trip, during and post. Easy access to the beach and area shops and attractions. My only request would be the in unit TV. It was great to have access to our streaming media (Hulu/Netflix/ETC), however it would have been nice to be able access local TV Media/News/Weather but in retrospect that is why you go in vacation to get away from that and enjoy you family and the time that you are sharing/creating with them. Thank you to Brooke for allowing us to really enjoy ourselves!

This is a lovely, spacious villa. Brooke was extremely easy to work with and was anxious to make our stay pleasant, including getting to the unit and checking in. She clearly is sharing a place she loves. Beds are comfortable and linens are very good. We were provided beach chairs and a cart, a real bonus. The walk to the beach was simple. It was about an eight to ten minute walk. Of course, the beach is beautiful. We had great weather, too. We were there with our daughter, son-in-law, and two-year-old grandson. It worked really well for all of us. I would be happy to return any time.
