New, 7 bedroom, 6 full 2 half bath, home is located on the 2nd row of South Forest Beach, Outstanding wide flat and uncrowded beach. The house is designed for families and large groups to enjoy the Low Country Lifestyle at one of the country’s Top Beaches. The large open main floor allows everyone to eat, socialize, and relax in the same space, and the 2nd floor family room and 7 bedrooms gives the room to spread out. The large screened in porch, pool, and covered outdoor space offers the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal climate and you are just a short bike ride to Coligny Circle, which offers restaurants, shopping, entertainment and supplies.

The house sleeps up to 18 people with a very flexible structure:

- 4 King suites
- 1 Queen suites
- 1 Room with 2 Doubles
- 1 Bunk room 2 Singles,2 Doubles with a flexible configuration
- 2nd floor TV/Sitting room with sleeper sofa

With, East facing pool, there is direct sun throughout the day and just a 2 minute walk to the beach just out the private back gate of the property. There are no condos or resorts in the area so the beach is never overcrowded, virtually a private beach experience with and wide and flat beach with miles of beach in both directions for bike ride and beautiful walks. You are a short bike ride or walk to Coligny Circle with your choice of restaurants, shopping and supplies.

The large outdoor living space has everything you need to enjoy long days by the pool or at the beach, with both direct sun or shaded areas. Outdoor area includes large private pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, pool level bathroom, large screened in porch, covered sitting area with flatscreen smart TV, covered eating area, ping pong table, corn hole, gas grill, beach chairs, beach and pool toys, and a conveniently located refrigerator, freezer and ice maker at pool level. Load up the wagon with chairs, cooler, and beach toys and take the short 2 minute walk to the beach.

The main floor is designed for everybody to socialize, eat, and relax together in the large open space. Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, 12 person high top table, 10 person dining table, huge sectional, 2 seating areas, large Flat Screen TV, that opens to the screened in porch, and allows everyone to dine and relax in one location. Also included on the main floor is the laundry, half bath, and Primary Bedroom.

We try to anticipate your needs at 7 Laurel Lane. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything need to host everything from a Low Country Cookout to a full Thanksgiving Feast. There are 12 full size beach towels for your outdoor needs. We have included a wagon, folding beach chairs for your days on the beach. The house is equipped with washer and dryer, high chair and pack n play

Arrival and departing the house has been made a breeze with an Elevator that runs from the ground floor and stops at each floor. There are 9 smart TV’s throughout the house, with strong WiFi signal throughout the house, porch, and pool deck. We have included Ping Pong, Corn Hole, and Bocci Ball. My extended family stayed here during the hurricane! The only issue we had was a lack of flashlights if we lost power. We did not!! The house was great for a large family and we would definitely recommend it to anyone. D.

Perfect House
This house was perfect for our 4th of July family gathering! It was beautifully decorated with all of the necessary items for a large group. There was plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, linens and beach accessories. The owner could not have been more accommodating. He helped with bike rentals and golf cart rentals. His house manager met us upon check in to give us the necessary instructions to make our week go smoothly. The walk to the beach was easy as it's a flat 3 minute walk to the beach. The elevator was most helpful having an elderly father with us. Thank you, Chuck, for opening up your home to our family. We will definitely be returning.

We had a group of 15 people staying. There size of the house was perfect, to either gather everyone or there are spaces to gather as smaller groups or to be alone. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was perfect size for us, and it was an easy walk to the beach when we tired of the pool. We found 2 minor issues, sheets were so rough that I had to buy some to sleep on while there and the refrigerator froze items is the back and didn't generate more ice. That could have been operator error, but we couldn't identify a way to change either.

Our families had a wonderful time at Laurel lane! The home was a great location and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen/living room area was perfect for everyone to gather for family meals!! The home had all amenities needed for a comfortable stay! We enjoyed evenings out at the pool playing corn hole and ping pong in the garage! However the wifi seemed weak when more than 1 person signed on. But overall we had a great stay and would definitely go back again! MaryAnne

Amazing Hilton Head stay!
We stayed with 3 other families with multiple kids of varying ages. The house was fully stocked inside and out (laundry detergent, beach towels, Tupperware etc ). As parents we were able to fully relax as getting to the beach was very easy and the house offered plenty of room to unwind. We plan on staying here again when we visit HHI. Thank you for the hospitality and amazing hospitality experience!

The property delivered everything you could want. The elevator was just what we needed since I have mobility problems. It was a short walk to the beach and the pool was a hit with my 7 grandchildren. All 17 of us had room to spread out and the place was immaculate. You couldn't ask for a more perfect place.

Loved this property - our family of 11 felt it was the nicest home we have stayed in! The kids loved the pool the most, and the beach was close by and low traffic in this area. There were plenty of chairs and a rolling cart with the house, but we also took advantage of the beach rentals (they drive by and set up so you can stop them easily or call Shorepoint rentals) to have two chairs/two umbrellas each day already set up to make it easier to come and go with kids or various family members depending on who was at the beach at any time. We also rented a golf cart and enjoyed heading into Coligny Circle area for afternoon ice cream with the kids.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Brand new, well decorated, well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, beach towels, chairs, etc. The pool and spa were great, and I was glad we elected to have them heated, because we had some cool days. The owner and manager were super responsive and helpful. We had a fabulous trip!

These owners thought of everything
The bathroom next to the pool, the 55” inch flatscreen at the pool, the ice machine, the fridge next to the pool. We spent the whole week commenting on how they simply thought of everything when designing the place. We look forward to coming back.

Perfect family vacation property
We booked this property due to the proximity to the beach, the size, and the pool. I went with family members and our children, which are between 4 months and 9 years old. Everyone had a great time at the property wtih each person having their own room and bathroom. The house is huge to fit several cars from family members, ample bathrooms (including one in the garage right next to the pool). The property is well kept and brand new. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and the outdoor dining and grilling space with TV is quite a treat. Overall communication with the property manager was extremely easy and she was of great help. We couldn't recommend this property and host enough!

Rollin’ With The Tide
Our 4th family vacation to Hilton Head Island and by far the best. From the moment we walked in, everyone kept praising this beautiful house. Spacious, inviting and perfect for a large group. A few minute walk to the beach and a great private pool / jacuzzi setup. Owner and property manager were extremely helpful and professional. Rollin’ With The Tide was all we could ask for.

Great Beach House for families
Everything was new and clean. Perfect location just outside of sea pines and quick bike ride to coligny circle. Our tweens loved going into town independently on their bikes all week. The beach is wide and uncrowded. A short walk through some dunes and you’re there. Rena the property manager and Chuck the owner were great, quick with advice about restaurants and activities. I highly reccommend this property, and would stay again! Parking for 4 cars was tight but do-able. same story all over HHI
