This cozy retreat features a comfortable bedroom, a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa, and all the essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and in-unit laundry. Guests can relax and recharge in this terrific accommodation, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Walk to popular attractions such as the Salty Dog Cafe, South Beach Marina Village, and South Beach Racquet Club. Take a short stroll and put your feet in the sand overlooking the beautiful Calibogue Sound. Enjoy views of Braddock Cove and the Gull Point Marina from your balcony. Please note: 1) there are no elevators servicing this building -- there are two separate flights of stairs (14 total steps) with handrails to access the unit; 2) the South Beach Marina Pool is currently closed -- as per South Beach Swimming Pool, Inc., the projected re-opening of the South Beach Marina Pool is Summer 2025; and 3) guests will need to purchase a short-term weekly guest pass at the Sea Pines Welcome Center or at the Sea Pines entrance gates (rates vary between $20-$22).
