Five Bedroom Palmetto Dunes Home with Private Pool - Close to Beach!

Welcome to 2 Cottage Court - a five bedroom, four bathroom home that can sleep up to sixteen guests. This home is located in Palmetto Dunes and a quick bike or walk to the beach.

• Bedroom 4: King + Sleeper Sofa (Mid-Level, Flat Screen TV, Private Bath)

• Bedroom 5: Two Queen Beds + Sleeper Sofa (Second Floor, Flat Screen TV) *Please note the upstairs queen bedroom does not have a private bathroom or a bathroom on this floor. Those sleeping in this bedroom would need to utilize a bathroom downstairs - either one of the bathrooms off the first floor bedrooms or the mid-level bedroom bathroom.*

**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**

• Distance to Beach: 7 Minute Walk to Beach. Very easy bike ride or there is a complimentary on call shuttle, The Dunes Buggy, that will take you to the beach. The Dunes Buggy typically operates mid/late March through Labor Day (dates subject to change).

• Pool Info: The pool is approximately 29 feet by 15 feet. The pool can be heated seasonally for an additional fee. The pool can only be heated for stays falling between Labor Day through Memorial Day for an additional fee. No pool heat is available during the summer months. Please email or call Coastal Home and Villa at least two weeks prior to your arrival if you would like to add pool heat + pay fee.

• Dog Friendly: This home permits a max of two dogs to stay in the home. The pet fee is $250 plus tax – please reach out to our office in advance to confirm and pay the additional pet fee.

• 3,400 Square Feet

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking: Parking is available for up to six cars max (five in the driveway/one in the garage). Car passes are an additional fee. They start at $35/pass and increase depending on length of stay. You are billed based on the exact amount of car passes you request. As such, the car pass fee will be added on after confirming the reservation.

A very special home!
Beautiful home in a lovely area. So comfortable for us and our two dogs. The newly remodeled kitchen is fabulous. Our grandkids visited and loved the pool!

Nice large renovated kitchen and family room beach house
This home has a very large open and renovated kitchen with lots of seating at the island and large open family room with ample seating as well. Lighting in family room could have been better with floor lamps or lamp for reading. The location was very good with about an 8 minute walk to beach. The communication with the management was excellent. We also were happy with parking. We had family from different areas so had six cars. The negatives were too hot on 2nd floor and 3rd floor bedrooms. We also encountered dog hair on sofa and floors. Appeared floors were not vacuumed and cleaned well in the large open areas. The master bathroom could use updating but was fine. Overall a great house for families.

2 Cottage Court
We truly enjoyed our stay at 2 Cottage Court. The home has five very large bedrooms, a kitchen island that seats eight people, and a beautiful family room with very comfortable seating. It was the perfect size for our family of ten. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood with close proximity to the beach. We easily rode our bikes to the beach in five minutes. The outdoor space offers a beautiful pool, plenty of lounge chairs for relaxing, and a large table for outdoor dining. My only complaints are that the air conditioning in the middle floor bedroom was not working. Luckily , it was a cool week weather wise. Also, it would be helpful to guests who fly to the island to have more beach chairs available, since we cannot easily bring these items on a plane. There was supposed to be six available, but there was only three. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this house again.

Great Thanksgiving vacation home

The kitchen is very-well stocked with everything needed for our Thanksgiving meal. A huge oven and two refrigerators with freezers are provided. The management company was excellent and provided great service with quick and helpful responses. If I could offer any suggestions, it would be to addt a second towel bar in each bathroom and to improve the living room lighting, which, unlike the kitchen area and bedrooms, is too dim for reading or playing games. I have stayed at many rentals; in terms of a well-maintained house and great customer service, this house tops them all! Thank you, Coastal.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the 4th home we have rented in Palmetto Dunes in the past 5 years and was our favorite. The remodel is beautiful (completely redone main living area). The bathrooms are a little dated but super clean and functional. The outside living space was also great for our group - decent sized pool, plenty of chairs and tables, and a nice set of furniture on the front porch as well. The house works well for a large family or group - everyone has an en suite bathroom minus the upstairs bonus area. And everything is laid out around the main living area in a way that you can get privacy, if needed, but still connect into the hub of activity in the middle part of the house. Huge kitchen and tons of seating for meals, games, etc. About a 7-10 min easy walk to the beach. The home was the cleanest we have stayed in as well - spotless condition. Will definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation
Stayed one week with family. Check in information (keys & directions) was mailed prior to arriving so we were able to drive directly to the property when we arrived. Had one issue when we arrived but it was promptly addressed (there was a cigarette smell in the home so humidifiers were provided & it took care of the smell). Everything was clean & the property was as described. Really enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend.

We found 2 Cottage Court to be everything we needed and wanted. The house is beautiful, nicely laid out so that you had privacy and togetherness simultaneously, well equipped with everything needed kitchen, pool and laundry wise. Plenty of parking (we had 3 cars for 3 days) . No complaints. We highly recommend this house and our host, Coastal Home and Villa.

This home exceeded our expectations for sure! The pool and bunk room were both very spacious, and we had plenty of room to spread out on rainy afternoons. Palmetto Dunes never disappoints! Absolutely would recommend.
