Guests initially enter 701 Queens Grant by walking up the sidewalk to the front porch and front door. All the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will find the entryway, kitchen, dining area and living room. The master suite, guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are accessible from the dining area through a barn door. You can access the back deck from the living room and master suite.
NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.
