Guests initially enter 701 Queens Grant by walking up the sidewalk to the front porch and front door. All the rooms in this home are on the same level. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will find the entryway, kitchen, dining area and living room. The master suite, guest bedrooms and guest bathroom are accessible from the dining area through a barn door. You can access the back deck from the living room and master suite.

NO SMOKING. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Tropical Storm Debby
We had an amazing vacation! This property was perfect for our annual HHI family vacation. The house was clean and the kitchen was filled with everything we needed! The owners were easy to contact and the response was quick! Tropical storm Debby couldn’t keep us from our favorite place. We were kept informed as we traveled about how things were on the Island! We will definitely be back at 701!

Exquisite Beach Getaway for a week
The property was refreshing with a lot to do. Scenic views, pleasant walking trails, short walk to the beach, friendly intersections with other residents made this trip surprisingly enjoyable. We highly recommend staying here. Can’t wait to book another stay!

Great little villa
We’ve been going to Hilton Head once or twice a year for the last 20 years, and have stayed at other villas in Queens Grant. This one is the best so far, and the property management company weee excellent. Responsive by text, no hassle with the door code, and the place was spotless and well stocked when we arrived. Will definitely stay here again !

Lovely home in Palmetto Dunes
This is a great location in Palmetto Dunes. I was there during the winter so it was quiet. Not sure how it would be in the summer. Easy beach access. Grocery stores and restaurants all nearby.

Nice Low Key Condo
Not flashy, but comfortable and functional. We enjoyed having the private patio for our morning coffee and night cap. The parking was adequate, but we often had to park in the neighboring lots because our lot was full. A minor inconvenience. The pools are small, but private. The beach is a short bike ride away or parking by the beach is easy too. We would recommend for a low key beach adventure.

Absolutely perfect property located in Palmetto Dunes, the condo itself was exactly as described in the listing. The condo was spotless upon our arrival and is stocked with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay. Everything you’ll need is in the kitchen if you decide to make any meals during your vacation. Palmetto dunes itself is wonderful resort community, quiet and very relaxing with a beautiful beach. Don’t hesitate, book this property for your next Hilton Head vacation.
