Stylish and immaculately clean end upper villa, with a large, 42 foot, sunny, private wraparound furnished deck. This is the closest unit (#121) to the beach in the Shipyard Plantation. Directly located across from the Sonesta Oceanfront Resort.

Beachwalk Stay
This property was very clean and comfortable. The deck was beautiful for sitting out and it was a bonus to be able to use the beach wagon and umbrella. We brought our class 2 e-bikes so we could ride the trails. We were unaware, however, that e-bikes are not allowed in Shipyard. We did talk to Noah at the main office and he said as long as we were not using them electrically we could ride them to the trail outside shipyard. I feel this is a rule that should be changed in Shipyard and Sea Pines. As long as people are following the rules of the bike paths they should not be discriminated against. Personally the wife can’t ride any bike safely except the e-bike. That whole incident put a bit of a damper on our Shipyard experience. So just a heads up.

Perfect HHI Stay!
My husband and I recently stayed at this beautiful Shipyard villa, and I think we both agree that this was the most perfect trip/accommodations of any of our trips to HHI. Communication from start to finish was great, and the villa was just beautiful! Everything about it was homey, cozy, and perfect, with plenty of space in each gorgeous room! We spent a lot of time enjoying the beautiful wrap-around porch, either in the morning with coffee or late afternoon after the beach. Everything you could want or need is provided, and the pathway walk to the beach was so quick! We really hated to leave and hope to rent this villa on our next trip there!

5-Star Beachwalk condo in Shipyard Plantation
It was a 5- star vacation experience in this beautiful, well-cared for, and very comfortable one-bedroom, two full bathrooms, and availability to sleep two more guests (if desired or needed.) The kitchen was well stocked, the deck was wrap-around and had just been renewed, everything you need for the beach is included in a storage unit downstairs, and the large community pool is just across from the unit. There is a shuttle to the beach (or you can just simply walk over to it.) You’re that close! Check it out! The owner response is rapid and informative! You will be glad you did! It was perfect for my husband and me!

Lovely! Nicely furnished, well-equipped and full of extras...
We enjoyed the condo greatly. The location is fantastic: a brief walk to the beach and two gates in to the Shipyard plantation made it easy to get everywhere we wanted. The pool is larger than most in the area and was also a lovely place to relax. The condo is larger than most 1 bedroom units and is comfortable for a couple and / or a small family. The bicycles and beach equipment on site are definitely a plus. Thank you for sharing it with us!!!

Love staying at this villa in Beachwalk. Perfect location, lovely villa, great amenities, love the extras like the bikes that come with the stay. Jane and Tom are perfect host. This was our third stay. I know we will be back.

Overall we were very satisfied. A few small items to note- cookware (skillets/pots) are aged and non-stick surface is beat up - probably renters who used metal utensils when cooking. There were a few places along the walls that had been beat up and spackled but not fully repaired. Everything else was exceptional.

Despite the Tropical Storm, we had a Great Time
We stayed here during the time we needed to be in Savannah for our final walk through and closing on a home. Although we knew we we would be gone a few days, we wanted to be on island and enjoy a villa v. a hotel room. We had never stayed in Shipyard and this was a good selection. Well appointed with many conveniences, all as noted in the listing. When we needed to reach the owners they were VERY responsive. The tropical storm disrupted our stay but it was nice to be in a comfortable villa. I can envision us being back!

Awesome HH Condo!
Everything was just as pictured online. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen. So much room for us two. I loved that there is a king bed. Sometimes this is hard to find, AND 2 bathrooms! Just what we wanted. This is a keeper. Also a very short walk to the beach with all the things you need provided. Very convenient.

Beach, golf, and wonderful villa in Shipyard
My husband, Larry, and I book a week at this very comfortable, well-appointed villa in Beachwalk every June. It is a short walk to the beach from this spacious unit, so no need to drive! There is a shuttle directly across the road, too! Huge closets, 2 very nice bathrooms, sleeper sofa AND sleeper loveseat in this 1-bedroom unit! Quiet, and the air-conditioning works! And did I mention all the extra television channels, including the golf channel? A Hilton Head dream rental!

Best location ever!
This property is literally a 4 minute walk to the sand! Communication with Jane is always fantastic. This is the 2nd year in a row we've stayed here. We plan to make this our new HHI home away from home, no complaints, all praise!

This villa was very clean and spacious. It was great to have 2 bathrooms, great to have big walk in closet, king bed, kitchen with totally everything you need, plenty of hangers to hang clothes, nice/comfy living area, washer and dryer PLUS beach chairs, and bikes included! -- This was our first trip to HH and we enjoyed so very much! The owner was terrific to stay in touch, Jane...thank you, again, for sharing your second home with us!

Spring Break Getaway
My wife and I stayed at this property for our Spring Break vacation. The Beachwalk Villa exceeded our expectations. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and so close to the beach. The bikes were so much fun to take on the beach for a ride or a scenic ride around town. Everything we needed for the beach including chairs and a beach buggy were provided and made heading to the beach a breeze. We absolutely loved our stay here and would highly recommend it!!! Thank you for an amazing vacation!!

Peaceful, Beautiful Setting
Our second visit to 121 Beachwalk and like the first it was totally enjoyable. Well kept and super clean and the location is excellent...its barely two blocks to the beach and close to the main hub of restaurants and shops on the island. The second floor villa has a wonderful wraparound deck and comes with two bikes, golf clubs and beach chairs all of which we used. Neighbors were friendly and most everyone you meet is in a good mood. Our hosts were quick and thorough and answering any questions.

This was our 2nd stay at this condo. Very nice size for a one bedroom. Beautiful quiet location, easy walk to the beach and good communication with the owner. Beach locker with bikes and beach gear was a nice addition. Highly recommend!
