Welcome to Beachside Tennis 1897! This two bedroom, two bathroom beachfront condo is located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines and can accommodate up to eight guests. Being on the fourth floor, it has stunning views of the Calibogue Sound from every room.

Beachside Tennis is just steps away from the South Beach Marina with many shops, restaurants and water sports. The large complex pool is located just steps away from the beach. If you want to spice things up one night and grill out -- there are four propane grills located by the pool available for your use. The condo also has wireless internet access.

The living room offers expansive views of the water. The new living room sofa is also a sleeper sofa. There is a large flat screen television in the living room as well. It is open to the dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a flat screen television. It also features access to a private beachfront balcony. The recently renovated private master bath has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom has two queen beds and a flat screen television. The newly renovated bathroom has a shower/tub combo and a double vanity. There is access to a balcony from this room as well.

You and your group will absolutely fall in love with this condo and all the area has to offer!

• Pool Info: There is a community pool located in Beachside Tennis. The sun deck and gas grills located by the pool are open year round. The pool is open seasonally, typically April 1 through mid-October. Dates are subject to change, the pool is not heated.

• Paying guest reservations staying between 4-27 nights will receive a $250 VayK Life beach/bike gear credit. This will be emailed to you after making a reservation and is valid for VayK Life rentals only.

• Parking is available at the Beachside Tennis complex. Car passes are an additional $17/pass per week.

The condo was so clean, stocked with all the amenities needed and gorgeous views from every room. The property manager was great to book and answer any questions. The only slight issue was we had a beach cart and there’s no ramp to travel from the property to the beach. You have to lift it up and down the stairs.

Note to owner of condo that needs to be addressed...We're stayed in this condo before and it needs some fixes on the sliding screen off of living room. Also the lamp by chair in LR..it has not worked the past 2 years..needed for reading. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. We love the location!!

Nature lover’s paradise.
Our first time at this unit and we where very happy with the overall experience. Property management was excellent with communication and the unit was everything promised. Pros: the view, lots of nature and animals watching, spectacular sun sets, well appointed unite, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, great showers, new appliances, great ice maker (very important 😉), excellent AC, keyless entry, quiet, and very clean. Cons: none. Bring your binoculars… deer, dolphins, sharks/fish, ospreys, royal turns, hawks, boats and more!

We've stayed in Beachside Tennis for many years. Love the location!! Love the condo.. Rental could use painting. Could use a cookie sheet..for reheat of pizza etc...we could not find one. We plan on renting again next year.

We had a great stay. The condo was spotless. The unit is beautifully decorated. The property manager was easy to work with. The location was great with fantastic views. The neighborhood and Beach were on the quite side. We were within walking distance to The Salty Dog and South Beach Marina. We saw many dolphins, pelicans diving. Everything we needed was provided.

Stunning View of the Water
Really nice 2 bedroom condo. Rooms are good size. Master is completely separate with its own bathroom for some privacy from the kids. 2 small balcony’s. Saw too many dolphins to count from the balcony. It faces the sound and not the Atlantic but still a gorgeous view. 5 min walk to salty dog and their ice cream, live music etc. Otherwise on a very quiet part of the island. Beach never busy. Nice path to the pool and beach. Pictures don’t do the place justice!

Our family of 4 (adult children) loved this unit, our third stay at Beachside Tennis. The description sounded very good, and the reality was better. Highlights are definitely the view, the decor, very attentive cleanliness, location, laundry and other appliances, and comfortable beds. Beautiful condo with amazing views. Kitchen well supplied and very clean! The property management is constantly cleaning the outside areas and I don’t think there was a time we got in the elevators when they hadn’t just been wiped down again. We’ve been coming to hhi for 8 years and always stay in Beachside Tennis. This was one of our favorite condos.
