Perfect for families or couples looking for time together and relaxing on the beach. Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort has the largest ocean front pool.

The Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Resort offers onsite Tennis Courts, Pickle Ball Courts & Pro-Shop, along with Jamaica Joe'z Poolside Bar & Grill, Gators Pizza & Wings, CocoNutz Sports Bar with fantastic large screens to catch all the action, Playground, Catch-and-Release pond, and Bike Rentals onsite. Just down the road from the resort (about 1/4 mile) you will find Adventure Cove Miniature Golf & Arcade!

- The condo is located on the third floor, conveniently located next to the elevator.

- Fully equipped kitchen includes all the needed items for enjoying great meals. Refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils, grill tools, cups, glasses, wine glasses and storage containers.

- Laundry facility located on the first floor.

- Full sized water heater, so you don’t run out of hot water

- Dining area comfortably seats 4

- Cozy living room includes a comfortable sleeper sofa and matching chair, TV, and family friendly games.

- Master Bedroom has a queen size bed with an adjacent bath, and a TV. There is a dresser, night table and a closet for extra storage. Iron and ironing board available.

- The bunk beds have two kid size single beds.

- Free WiFi/Internet

- The covered balcony offers comfortable chairs that allow you to enjoy the amazing view of the ocean and listen to the soft, crashing waves. An excellent spot for a quiet morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage.

- Available for your use are 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, various sand and pool toys, and a collapsible beach cart to carry all your beach necessities with ease!

- Pharmacopia Verbena Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash provided in tamper-resistant dispenser. Organic: Contains certified ingredients; Natural: Contains natural ingredients; Cruelty-free and vegan: No animal by-products, no honey, lanolin or beeswax; Paraben and toxin-free: No synthetic fragrances, fillers or colors.

My wife and I travel to Hilton Head Island annually. We prefer to stay in the Folly Field Beach and Tennis Resort. This condo was the perfect retreat for us. It is very clean and nicely maintained. It has everything needed for our comfort. The owners are thoughtful and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Brett and Sarah's condo was perfect for this quick trip to the beach. It was conveniently located near the elevator and the balcony had a clear view of the ocean. The beach and pool were both short walks from the condo. The resort had an overall family-oriented atmosphere that we greatly appreciated with a young child.

Spring break getaway
This condo was perfect for our family! My boys loved the bunks, and every detail had been considered by the hosts, including beach towels, beach chairs and beach toys, and dishwasher and laundry detergent. We had everything we could possibly need. We especially loved the balcony with the table and ocean view. The property itself is fabulous too. Lots of ponds and wild spaces to explore, and it's so close to the beach!

The property was as presented in the photos. It was very clean and in a nice area. The owners were very responsive to messages. My only nit pick is the bunk beds were in the hallway and not in an actual room- but other than that it was a great rental and great experience.

The floor is lifting in several locations causing my 15-month-old grandson to scuff up his toes and bruise his knees. Also, the appliances are extremely old and dirty. The positives are the view and the check-in process. This condo needs updated and repairs done.

But misleading. The view in the description was of the ocean and pool. Our actual view was of the parking lot . Also in the description it stated heated pool. It was ice cold not heated. Everything was clean but the floors. Walked on with bare feet in an hour your feet were black. Location was excellent

A great long weekend for our family
This condo is great for young families. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were able to put our pack n play in closet at the foot of our bed and the big kids loved the bunk beds. The beach is an easy 5-7 minute walk or you can easily drive as there is plenty of parking. The pool right on the beach was great.Brett and Sarah were very quick to answer any questions. We will stay here again.

This condo was perfect for my getaway. The location was quiet and had great views from the balcony. The condo was very clean and well stocked with essentials. Next time I visit I can leave half the things I packed at home because they were provided. The bed was very comfortable making for a restful week. I have already recommended it to multiple people and I can't wait to visit again.

Not clean and bad customer service
Absolutely love staying at the beach and tennis resort but I will make sure to never book with this host again. The floors were gross and sandy when we got there, was expecting the unit to be clean. I contacted the host as we were surprised there was not drawers of any kind to store clothing for the week (just a few hangers in the closet). His response was my 3 kids and I should just live out of our suitcase for the week or book somewhere else. Will absolutely be back at the Beach and Tennis resort as we go yearly but will not be back with my host. My mom stayed at another unit and had a much better experience. Had to bend over backs to get the cleaning fee reversed when it was filthy to begin with.
