Welcome to your new favorite getaway! This 3 bedroom 2 bath villa with resort amenities is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and soak up all the beauty that Hilton Head Island has to offer! ! Villa is set up perfectly for families, beach goers, golf trips, tennis groups, etc.

This unit is located on the fourth (top) floor in building three and sleeps 9 comfortably (King, King, Queen + triple bunk Twins). There is also a pack and play crib in the master bedroom closet.

Why this villa meets all your needs: The elevator and stairs is conveniently located right around the corner from the Villa making arrival and return easy and stress free! Hardwood/tiled floors and granite counter tops throughout the whole villa! The full kitchen allows our guests the freedom to stay in and cook if they wish or there is plenty of amazing local restaurants to try (a list of recommendations are in our welcome book in the villa). Living Room has plenty of seating and a 50” 4K Ultra HD Smart TV. Sit on the Private Balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee (that you made on the Flex Brew Coffee Maker- compatible for K-cup or coffee grounds- makes a single serve or full pot!) before heading out to the beach, golf, tennis, bike riding, whatever adventure you choose for the day. This villa also has it’s own washer and dryer! All the extras are there for your use including a cooler, beach wagon, child high chair, beach chairs, and beach toys! You are allowed up to but no more than 3 parking passes for your stay.
Hilton Head Island‘s famous wide stretched beach is just a short 5-10 minute (0.4 mile) walk across the resort’s private boardwalk, along the way you may encounter sea-marsh wildlife from turtles to egrets. Don’t forget to stop by Coco's island-themed bar and grill- located on the beach at the end of the boardwalk! (open seasonally).

Hilton Head Resort offers three pools (two outdoor pools open March-November, one indoor pool- open all year), one child's pool, a gift shop, poolside restaurant and deli, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, indoor walking track, free Wi-Fi, bike rental, six lighted tennis courts, and a gated and guarded complex with 24/7 security. At the end of resort private boardwalk is Coco’s where you can find a beach volleyball court and beach front restrooms or take a seat and watch golfers on the signature beach green 10th hole on top rated Robert Trent Jones golf course “ocean course at Palmetto Dunes” (Or even better be the golfer others are watching while golfing at this amazing golf course right next door to our resort!).

Just off the resort is the Chaplin Community Park with protected bike trails, soccer, basketball, playgrounds and much more! Or spend the day shopping at Shelter Cove (less than 1 mile down the road) where you’ll find shopping boutiques, restaurants, Kroger’s and Whole Foods!

The condo was fairly updated and had nice furniture, but the overall feel of the resort itself felt very dated. I was a little disappointed to be honest, as we had never stayed here before. The condo owners did have the unit well stocked with kitchen and beach items one wd need for a family stay, and the condo was clean, except the floors had not been mopped and there was trash under one of the beds. Also be aware that you can’t rent a golf cart if you stay at this resort

Great for Our Family
This condo was great for our family vacation. Lots of things for the kids to do within the resort, multiple pools, pickleball, etc. but the main attraction was the beach! It is about a 5-8 min walk across a boardwalk but wonderful and not too crowded once you get there. We ate at Coco's several times since it is such a unique and convenient place right on the beach end of the boardwalk. Our kids loved low tide at the beach because the ocean receded so much there were tidal pools and lots of space for them to run and play! The property manager, Heather, provided us all the information we needed for our stay a few days before we got there making check in/out easy. We will certainly keep this condo on our list of favorite places to visit.

Indoor Pool and Hot Tub were a LIFESAVER!
The weather did not cooperate with us much, so we were incredibly grateful for that indoor pool! It was such a fun spot, we all loved it, the sauna and spa were awesome and the location of the condo is perfect. Close to everything. The condo is bright and cheerful, beds were great and super comfy, and everything was awesome for our stay. This place is great!

Going in they knew it was for 8 senior men, there was no way even a 24 year old could use the child like bunk beds! The showers were a joke, the master shower had a tub that was so high it was hard to get in and out. The other shower was so small you could not turn around in. All of the sinks and showers would not drain. There was no closet space.

Winter get away
I was with my brother and his wife all of us over 80 years. The facility was ideal for folks who enjoy exercise with the indoor pool, hot tub, and walking area around the pool. The weather was quite cool when we first arrived which made indoor activity possible. As weather warmed having the boardwalk to the beach was ideal for my daily walks up to 4 miles when I left.

October Stay, Indoor Pool Helpful!
Condo as described - kids loved the bunk beds! Having access to the indoor pool area was a necessity with beach temps being in the high 60s-low 70s. It was off season so the property and beach were very bare - plenty of beach space and parking spots. Property is dated - pool and indoor area could use a revamp, however more than served our purpose and we were happy with our choice and our stay! Elevator outside of condo was very helpful! Beach items were a plus, although the wagon was broken upon arrival. Mini vacuum and broom great for cleaning up sand from the beach. Suggestion for more hooks to hang towels to dry: hooks for beach towels near wagon parking and hooks for bathroom towels in bedrooms. Having a washer/dryer was an unexpected positive as well! Unit was clean yet obvious it hasn’t had a deep clean in some time (dust in vents, walls had some stains). Would be helpful to give guests a list of what’s in the kitchen to plan. Plenty of space for everyone; we had 4 adults and 3 kids and I think more than that may have been a bit crowded. We enjoyed the condo and the property! We definitely recommend and we would love to stay again!

A great vacation!
We had a wonderful time at Hilton Head! Our condo was clean and had everything we needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is quite a bit of a walk to the beach, but the boardwalk was nice and there is a courtesy shuttle. The pools were great as well!

Great location
Although the entire resort needs updating, the condo itself was clean and comfortable. Nice touch having the wagon for beach gear. 10 minute drive or less to just about all restaurants/activities we wanted. Only disappointment was that Coco’s grill was down the only day we wanted to hang out there for the day.

We would stay here again.
We loved this location and all the wildlife. We would definitely stay here again. One suggestion that could make the stay a little more convenient, would be to have a garbage shoot from the 4th floor. One other suggestion is to have some additional dishwashing clothes. Apart from those suggestions, everything else was perfect.

The property was very clean. Location was great. 10 minute walk to beach on the very nice boardwalk. Indoor pool was nice and warm! Excellent for my grand kids. Outdoor pools were too cold.The washing machine did not work in our condo. The host gave us a 35.00 refund. Only one washcloth per person. We were doing laundry everyday. The dishwasher never dried the dishes. We had to dry them ourselves. They did not supply us with a dishcloth either. The bedrooms were nice in size. Overall pretty good. Would stay there again

Overall great place and roomy! Perfect location to stores, shops and restaurants. Clean and easy to check in! Walk to beach a little further than expected but had wagon and chairs and many accessories including coolers. Many furnishings of soaps, hotel size shampoos and lotions, and laundry and dishwasher soap was a plus! Indoor and outdoor pools weee great! No fault of owners but the indoor pool did not quite down until after 10pm most nights and could hear inside the condo and front bedroom. Overall recommend to future guests! Marine Corps Graduation
We decided to take the family down to attend our sons Marine Corps graduation. We have a large family and decided a condo was preferable to a hotel. We were very happy with the bunk beds for kids,beach chairs,coolers etc. The unit was very clean. The kids loved the indoor pool,and kiddie pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub,sauna, and steam bath. There was an issue with the microwave, the owner was notified and sent us a new microwave to use via Amazon. Very accommodating! Not sure when or if we'll get down again but I'd highly recommend utilizing this property.

The condo was bright with lots of windows. The furnishings were updated. Plenty of room to spread out. The closets were full of beach things and baby accessories so we had nowhere to hang clothes or put suitcases away. The rooms did have dresser space available. We loved the building with the indoor pool and the boardwalk to the beach. There was a very strong odor of cooked fish that never left the entire week though. We would rent this again!
