The open-concept main level features a bright and inviting living space with high-end furnishings, exposed ceiling beams, and a 74” mounted TV above the fireplace. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, an Elise 5-burner gas stove, a wine fridge, and an ice maker. Guests can gather at the island with seating for eight or at the nearby dining table for twelve. Head to the fourth floor where an entertainment haven awaits. This second spacious living area features a pool table, kitchen, dining area, and an incredible bar. Grab a seat on the covered balcony to relax and enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. The fun continues in the game room — challenge your group to a game of ping-pong, foosball, or cornhole.
Glass doors on the main floor lead to the patio, which invites indoor-outdoor living in style. The fourth floor mirrors this layout, with four more bedrooms—three king bedrooms and a bunk room. Finally, the fourth floor features a king suite.

- Wind gusts on Hilton Head Island are strong, unpredictable, and often damage the casement windows. The cost to replace a single window is $5,000. For that reason, guests are not permitted to open the casement windows using handles or other tools. Any attempts to open the casement windows will be considered a violation of house rules and result in a fine. To access fresh air or in case of emergency, please open the sliding glass doors. All bathrooms are equipped with ventilation fans.
- The griddle feature of the Wolf range has been deemed a fire hazard and has been intentionally disabled to protect our guests. Any attempt to use this feature will be considered a violation of house rules and result in a $2,000 fine.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- The elevator is not available for guest use.
- The fireplace is also not for guest use.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that pool heat is only available between Oct 1st & April 1st.
- Please note that if the outdoor temperature drops below 50°F, the pool heater may have difficulty maintaining warmer water temperatures.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
