Located on Folly Field Beach, it is centrally located and close to all island activities. We are about one mile from Shelter Cove Marina which hosts weekly crafts and fireworks during the summer. Our wide, sandy beach spans miles in either direction, and is well suited for swimming, long walks, and running or biking along the water's edge. The many sandbars and lifeguards make it a safe beach for the family! We host the largest swimming pool on the island, and there is a smaller pool adjacent to our building. There is entertainment as well as food and drink at the main pool. Children's activities including some evening child care programs are offered. Kid pool in addition to the 2 main pools. Beach chairs from our condo may be taken to the beach. Volleyball on the beach, on-site biking, tennis/pickle courts (ten lit courts).

Mom & Daughter Getaway
Diane's property was perfect! I wanted a place at the beach that would accommodate my elderly mom and Diane's condo did just that. Easy access to the condo with the elevator, close proximity to the beach, beautiful view, extremely clean and a very secure resort. I could keep listing reasons why this condo at Hilton head was perfect, but you must see for yourself.

Wonderful Family Vacation!
This condo is very clean and it is in the perfect location at HHBT! The view is incredible!! The pictures do not do it justice. Dianne is excellent to work with and she communicates very well. The kitchen was fully stocked, beach gear provided, and the beds were SO comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great Beach Condo
The condo was thoroughly clean, and thoughtfully decorated for a beach vacation. Any amenities needed for a stress free week were provided, including beach chairs and toys. The condo had a great ocean view from our balcony. We enjoyed eating breakfast and lunch out there. We also enjoyed watching the alligator and turtles in the pond below. Our location was a quick walking distance to the beach and pools. The hosts were easy to work with and prepared for our stay. Would love to stay here in the future!

Beautiful, peaceful views!
We've stayed on property many times but never in this unit. It exceeded our expectations and we'd definitely stay there again! The peaceful location above the pond and with great views of both the ocean and marsh was fantastic. Plenty of space and a short walk to the beach. Loved everything about it!

Beautiful condo
We have stayed at this resort for three years and we absolutely love it! This condo wax spacious and perfect for our family. The owner reached out once we booked and was very pleasant to speak to and accommodating from the start. She also contacted us once we had arrived. We would love to stay here again!

Host was terrific! Good contact always! Beautiful ocean view, not a lot of clutter which was appreciated . Extremely well equipped. Only negative were the living room couches. Too soft and no footstools to rest your feet. Would rent again if there was comfortable seating. Bed was very comfortable Good find!

This was our first trip to the Island. Diane was very easy to deal with and the property was close to the ocean. Property and rental was very well maintained. You can rent bikes on property but I recommend you do that the first day for the week. We will be returning again.

Enjoyable Time.
We have stayed at Hilton Head Island and Tennis resort in past but have never stayed in Admirals Row. Our son is grown now and wanted to give him some privacy with his own room. The villa was very nice, laid out perfect. Kitchen was stocked well with kitchen utentils, dishes, etc. Good view of the ocean and pool area from the balcony. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
