Wonderful Stay
The condo was a wonderful place for myself and my two teenage daughters. It was just a short walk to the beach. Everything in the condo and the condition were as advertised. In addition, the hostess was great, was available to answer all our questions and was pleasant with every interaction.

Great family beach vacation.
Stayed here for a beach vacation with our family. Plenty of room for a family if 6! A few short steps to the beach. Great pools at the resort too! We will definitely stay here again. Can’t beat the location and value!

The condo was perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). It was well stocked with everything you would need. It was actually bigger than we expected. Also small issue with the coffee pot not working the 1st day, the owner had us a new one within hours.

Wonderful trip
We had our second summer vacation staying in this condo on HHI. We love the location and how close it is to the beach. We have everything we need and the bigger pool isn’t a far walk and they have food and drinks at the bar. It’s perfect for a family!

A couple of linen items were dirty/had stains on them. When maintenance items were brought to the attention of the property mgr, they were corrected timely. Nice view of the beach from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Ocean View, Quiet, Short Walk to Beach
Perfect place for our girls getaway. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The balcony was very spacious and the view was beautiful. There were plenty of beach chairs available to use. The beach is one of the cleanest beaches I have ever seen. Diane was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely will stay here again when we return.

Nice weather for family vacation. More access to activities for kids would have been nice, like indoor pool or sauna for adults. We had left behind an item and the owner shipped it back and did not charge us a fee.

This was my families first trip to Hilton Head. We loved everything about the resort and unit. We would definitely stay here again. We loved the grilling areas. The unit was only a short walk from the beach and pool. The unit was very neat and clean. There was no carpet in the unit which was a huge plus!

Hilton Head Island home away from home
The host has provided everything you need to feel home away from home. Diane checked in with us before our stay to see if we had any questions and shortly after we arrived to make sure everything was okay. The main bedroom has a very comfortable bed and you can nearly dark out the room, making sleeping in easy. This is our second time to this resort and we love all the amenities. We arrived home feeling like we had a vacation, which is always a nice feeling.

Great stay close to the beach
Clean condo with everything needed to feel comfortable. Nice pools on property. Beach was just a short walk away. Nice that the owners had some beach chairs and toys for those traveling by air. Resort was great. Kid friendly. Enjoyed the tennis and pickball as well. Laundry room was very clean and on each floor. Will recommend and likely return! Thanks!!

Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time here! We traveled with three toddlers, so a close proximity to beach was what we desired, and this unit delivered! An easy, short walk to the beach and pool. The beach toys and chairs were great to use, and the unit provided a great place to relax after a day in the sun! Diane was very responsive when we did reach out to her. No issues or complaints!

Beautiful Sunrises
Thanks so much for having us a HHI Beach and Tennis. Our family enjoyed the beautiful sunrises each morning. The smaller pool outside our villa offered plenty of shade and was less crowded than the beachside pool. We were super bummed the tennis pros were out for the week, but we still enjoyed the courts in the evening. Our boy spent their days skimboarding with some other kids they met on the beach.

Spring break family trip
Excellent stay at this beautiful property! Easy walk out to the beach every day. Having beach chairs for my husband and I and boogie boards for the kids available for use was awesome! Enjoyed coffee and breakfast each morning on the balcony with a view of the ocean. Added fun that we could wave to our family on their balcony at Sea Cloisters in the distance! This condo is beautifully decorated and makes you feel comfortable and right at home. We all slept great, including my 13 year old who declared those were the best pillows he’s ever slept on! Loved everything about staying at this property and will definitely book again.

Probably fine for short stays
The unit is probably fine for short summer vacations. Two of us rented for the month of March and took along computers and photography equipment. The living room has furniture against every bit of wall space. The closets were already full, including a pair of somebody's shoes, so except for hanger space, there was no place for our belongings. Also, the unit is crowded with knick-knacks and fake plants (14 fake plants!).

Summer Vacay
We enjoyed our stay and Elaine was prompt to respond to our questions. Great beach and location. Suggestions: The unit was pretty well equipped but we only had 2 trash bags with a rather small trash can. We could have used more towels as we were there 7 days and had to keep reusing the same ones. The unit has had some updates but is beginning to look a bit dated/tired. (Ceilings need painted, furniture cushions need cleaned, etc.) Overall we enjoyed our time.
