This beautiful ocean front beach retreat with breathtaking ocean views has just been renovated with amazing upgrades throughout from the gray plank flooring to the stunning quartz countertops. A great open floor plan with plenty of room to lounge and relax. This fantastic Villa includes a fully stocked kitchen, bar seating, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 baths. The living room and both bedrooms have 55” smart TV’s. The moment you step inside Belle Vue, you will be in awe of the beauty of the majestic Atlantic Ocean through the oversized glass doors. What truly makes this Villa so special is the ability to enjoy the spectacular sunrises and endless ocean views while relaxing on your own private balcony that overlooks the pool area. You are just steps away from the pool and the beach!

Beachwood Place is a gated complex with only 24 units, a private pool that has an abundance of chairs, tables, umbrellas, and a BBQ area. It also features bike racks, an elevator, washer & dryer on two floors, including outside the door of Belle Vue, and private beach access. This Villa is located in the heart of the South Forest Beach/Coligny area close to many local restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and a brand new park, Lowcountry Celebration Park! We had a great stay at this property and would definitely recommend it! The location is fantastic- so close to Coligny which made for an easy walk there for shops and restaurants. The view off the balcony was amazing and so close to the beach. The property was well stocked and we would definitely stay again!!

Weekend Getaway
This is a beautiful property and the view was better than advertised. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and the welcome gifts provided were a true surprise. We would definitely stay here again as the location is perfect for beach, restaurants, and shops.

The condo was as advertised and super clean. We did not use much in the kitchen as we were only there for a few days and ate out. The location was great as we were able to walk to anything we needed. The owners were very responsive and great at communicating. Can’t wait to visit again when it warms up.

Air conditioner split units do struggle to cool the unit. This wasn’t a problem with 75 degrees but in the heat of summer it might struggle. Needs more lighting in the stairways otherwise it was a great property.

Wonderful Stay!
Newly updated unit with an amazing view. We loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean and pool. It's in a prime location so we were able to walk to many restaurants, shopping, etc. We also rented bikes and were able to hop right on bike paths or ride on the beach. The owners were very quick to respond if we had any questions. It was a wonderful vacation!

Beyond Expectations
We have vacationed at Hilton Head for our 2nd time. We really enjoyed the area around Coligny Beach and were excited to to find this oceanfront gem. Everything seemed new and nicely updated. The beds were comfortable and the view spectacular. The best part was dealing with the owners of this property. Chuck and Sue responded to any question I asked within the hour. Very knowledgeable about the area and were a short phone call away if needed.

Perfect! We’ll definitely be back.
This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The unit is totally updated and had everything we needed for a super week at the beach! The view from this unit is amazing! Loved sipping my morning coffee from the balcony. The location of the unit was super convenient to both the pool and the beach. Because there are only 24 units, the pool was never packed and we were able to get pool chairs without any problem every time we went no matter what time of day. The complex has an elevator which made loading and unloading luggage and groceries a breeze! The Coligny shops and restaurants are a short walk or bike ride away which was also super convenient! This was our first visit to HHI, but will not be our last and we will definitely choose this condo again!

Very pleasant stay
The photos are accurate so there is a wonderful view from this property. The 2-BR condo is nicely furnished and attractive. It was perfect for us as a couple but would be a little tight for a family of 5 or more. The balcony has only 2 chairs and the 2d bedroom is smallish. There is no dining area. The kitchen table is for two but a counter adds more seating space. The amenities are all updated although there is no disposal in the sink. There are starter supplies except for bathroom items. There are no beach towels provided but there are some beach chairs and other beach items. We loved it here inasmuch as it was ideal for us. The Coligny area also makes things very active and convenient. We recommend it.

Absolutely Perfect in a Perfect Location!
My husband and I stayed at this property with our two grandchildren, ages 4 & 6. The property is clean and beautiful. It is exactly as presented. The pool and ocean view are simply spectacular. The owners of the property are very kind, gracious and responsive. This property is a hidden gem. The property has a small number of units, so the pool is never crowded. At first, I was upset about no washer and dryer in our unit, but was pleasantly surprised that the washer and dryer was right across the hall. Owner provided a wagon full of beach chairs, pool toys and sand toys. Since we flew and couldn’t bring those items, we were so excited and impressed. The location was also perfect because we were within walking distance of many shops, eateries, and Coligny Park, which is awesome! We were within a short driving distance of many wonderful restaurants. The food at Hudsons Restaurant is amazing. We visited Harbour Town to see the lighthouse, eat at The Salty Dog Cafe and the kids road pony’s! We also met many new friends who stayed at the same complex. Truly a perfect vacation! We will definitely be back!

Best condo find!
This was our first time in Hilton Head and I wanted to find a smaller complex to stay at so it would be less busy. This was exactly it. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four, but it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Church and Susan were so helpful and sweet. I had a few questions and they quickly responded in a timely manner. As a mom, I loved that my kids had bunk beds, but there was also a trundle if we ever wanted to let them bring a friend. The kitchen appliances were all really nice and it had all the pots and pans I needed for making dinner. I was skeptical about not having a washer and dryer in the unit, but I found it to be even better. I didn’t feel the need to do laundry every day like I do at home. Plus, the washer and dryer ware just across the hall and they were fabulous at washing and drying, like a full load start to finish in an hour. I also loved that everything was gated with a code so that helped ease my mind having Little’s. The tables by the pool were really nice and we had dinner out there while the kids swam one night. We are definitely looking at booking here again for next year. We absolutely loved it!

Great family condo!
We loved our stay here. The condo could not be nicer. Great decor, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and linens. Pool was freezing (of course, it's March!) but all my kids swam anyway. The walk to the beach is easy. We felt secure with the locked parking lot/complex. Elevator is convenient and made moving in and out easy. Bring quarters for the laundry, it's just across the hall and $1 for washing and $1 for drying/load. Plenty of bath towels, but bring your own beach towels. New beachchairs and toys were provided in the closet and my kids loved playing with them. A few kids books and games were in the bunkbed room and that was a very nice suprise. One thing to be aware of is that you can hear the music from the Tiki Bar down the beach. There is a constant drum of bass both inside and outside of the condo. It's mostly just background noise, except when they have a live band, which seemed to be for a few hours in the afternoon, and every evening from about 7-10. It definitely affected our stay, but it seems every beachfront condo would have to deal with this for several blocks from Colingy Plaza. We rented this place again for the Fall, but I'm having second thoughts because the music/vibrations from the bass is insidious.

Perfect week in an ideal setting
We spent one week on Hilton Head Island staying in this lovely 2-bedroom condo. The location is ideal on beautiful Coligny Beach, with convenient walking distance to shops and eateries. We flew into the island airport and rented a car. There's ample parking on the property. The condo is newly renovated, elegant, and fresh. Everything is thought out and met all of our needs. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo and cooked some nights – the kitchen is well-stocked for simple meal preparation. There's a luggage cart behind the stairs on the ground floor which was very helpful when bringing up our luggage and groceries. It's very quiet – we only heard birds and the surf! The pool area is pleasant and the grounds are kept in top condition. If you like entertainment, there's a band on-site three properties down and the music was nice. They also have an outdoor eating area popular with the beachgoers. We're nature lovers and our focus was on bird photography, short hikes, and explorations. We visited the Newhall Nature Preserve and Pinckney Island, among other local ponds that attract shorebirds. Lawton Stables in Sea Pines is a nice stop where there's a cute animal farm and trail rides. We visited family in Bluffton which is a charming old town. We used May River Excursions in Bluffton for a 1.5-hour afternoon river cruise which was personalized and delightful. This location is also convenient when heading off and back on the island. We give this property high marks and look forward to returning!

Wonderful Vacation
This 2 bedroom villa was the perfect size for our family of 3. Our little girl loved the bunk room. The location is perfect with an amazing view, private pool, restaurants, shops and Coligny Beach. We want to Thank Chuck and Susan and look forward to coming back!
