Enjoy your stay at the beach, in this wonderfully remodeled one bedroom condominium, with breath taking views of the ocean from the living room and balcony. It is the perfect location for those seeking rest and relaxation at the beach or by the pool. The pool is conveniently located a few steps away from the sand and just below the condo, Also, restaurants, grocery store, gift shops, movie theatre, ice cream parlor, coffee shop, and much more and all just a few steps away!
This condo features a bedroom with a king size bed and flat screen TV. The bathroom has granite tops and tile, and features a new tub and glass tile walls. The living area has a new sofa bed, TV and DVD, a kitchen with all major appliances, cabinets, and granite counter tops. There is a new washer, dryer and a private balcony with views of ocean, beach, and pool. Beautiful new flooring.
The entire condo has new flooring, new king mattress and headboard, end tables, lamps and drapes. We just painted it a beautiful dusty blue/gray. It is a serene bedroom retreat!

Our new elevator is operational and it is wonderful - quiet and smooth ride. It is located very near to our unit.


The TVs have Spectrum cable with all your favorite television choices.

The location is ideal--on the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants with a nice pool and convenient parking. The condo was the right size for two people (more than two would be a little tight).

Great Place & Location on HHI
Great place! Very convenient location and short walk to the beach. Condo included everything we needed to sit at the beach which was super easy and helpful as we flew in to HHI. Liked being within walking distant to anything we needed. Recommend riding bikes to Harbourtown and Eating at Salty Dogs. Host was very nice and communicated well. This place is small but it was perfect for 2. If traveling with kids I would only do it if I had 1-2 small children. We loved our first time on HHI!

We had a great trip. The condo is just what we needed. The living space was roomy enough for our family. The bedroom was a little tight but we were able find space in the condo for the two pack and plays we needed. The location is perfect, lots to do for adults and kids in walking distance which is just what we were looking for. We would stay there again!!

perfect beach getaway
the condo is just as advertised. it’s an older complex but the unit has been renovated nicely. It is small but was perfect for my daughter and I. extremely clean and communication with the host was super easy and quick. great location in the hub of all activity. we walked to dinner and the piggly wiggly for a few groceries. The unit is well stocked with bathroom and kitchen supplies and has 2 nice beach chairs and umbrella. would highly this place for a couple or small family!

Spent the month of March. Unit was compact but very livable! Owner responded quickly to any questions. Location near beach and Coligny Center was perfect. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning next year!

The Breakers
We had a great week. ..very relaxing. The weather was perfect for walking the beach or sitting by the pool. The convenient location of the condo makes shopping and dining out extremely easy. Everything you need is right there. We highly recommend Connie’s condo.

Great Condo!!
We have a group of five families that have stayed at the breakers every year for the Memorial Day weekend since 2014. This condo was the cleanest and most up to date condo I’ve had the pleasure of staying at during this timeframe. The owner, Mrs Joyce, is very informative, easy to contact, and a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend this unit.
