This striking Sea Pines home is centrally located in the heart of the Sea Pines Resort. This home has close proximity to the beach shuttle parking lot, and is situated equal distances to the world famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin as well as the Sea Pines Beach Club. Use the included bicycles to ride to either in 10-15 minutes on the miles of bike paths.

This home has a spacious layout with a large main living area, including vaulted ceilings and a (decorative) fireplace. A second smaller living space which may also be used as a home office allows for the family to enjoy different sources of entertainment at the same time.
The eat-in kitchen is fully renovated and strikingly finished. It provides both beauty and function and allows meals to be cooked for the whole family.

The primary bedroom is extremely spacious and features a large flat screen TV as well as an amazing ensuite bath, with double sinks and a spa-like tiled walk in shower. Two bedrooms feature Queen beds as well as recently updated full bathrooms, with 1 having ensuite bath and the 1 having a full bath just outside the bedroom door. The fourth bedroom features a twin over full bunk as well as an additional twin bed, as well as an ensuite bath. There is also a Queen sleeper sofa for additional bedding.

Outdoor living space is what sets this home apart from the rest, with a beautiful screened in porch area featuring a 8 seat outdoor dining set. Step from the screened porch down onto the patio and you will see the most exciting outdoor features, with a gas grill, standalone salt water hot tub, as well as a heated (for an additional fee) salt water swimming pool.

This trip was AMAZING. The host were fantastic.
My buddies and I came for a golf trip and the house was amazing. The only minor complaint I would habe is the beds were not the most comfortable but everything else was A+++++++++++++++++++++++. I will be booking again.

Great location in Sea Pines!!!
This is a perfect property for anyone wanting to experience Sea Pines. Less than a 5 minute drive to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Beach Resort, or Lawton Stables. The property is located on a private, very quiet street. Open floor plan is perfect for gathering in living spaces with family or friends, while still having private bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone in your party to retreat to at night.

Great Stay!
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is in an excellent location with relatively easy bike rides to the sea pines beach, harbortown and south beach. The house layout allows everyone in your party to have his/her own space, which was very important to us. The kitchen could use some more basic essentials, such as a non-stick pan and some better utensils. We did have issues with the pool heat and hot tub maintenance which were both addressed immediately by the property manager. Overall a great stay!
