Welcome to Sea Pines! This 3000 sqf home was completely gutted and renovated in 2018 with the intention of making this a this a dream home away from home where you can relax and entertain friends and family! I take great pride in sharing my love of Sea Pines with others and have managed rental property for over 20 years. My goal is to create a modern inviting home with all the amenities so you can create amazing memories with your family and friends.

The layout features an open floor plan for entertaining yet privacy for guests. All bedrooms have en-suite baths. There are 2 bedrooms on the main level and 2 upstairs. Panoramic views can be enjoyed in the master bedroom, the great room, the dining area and kitchen. The house features a 3 level deck - perfect for entertaining and enjoying the outdoors. The brand new kitchen expands the entire side of the house with a huge island that seats 8, farm sink, all new Jenn Air appliances.

The home is conveniently located for that perfect vacation get-away in world renowned Sea Pines Resort. A short bike ride (one mile) takes you to Harbor Town Golf Links, the Harbour Town Yacht Club, or the brand new Sea Pines Beach Club (two miles away). This allows visitors to be near it all yet be able to retreat back to a quiet private neighborhood home to relax.

I take great pride in ensuring that our guests fully enjoy their stay. There is nothing worse than renting a vacation home and being disappointed. I use VRBO when I vacation so I truly understand the importance of making a good impression and exceeding expectations.

21st Hilton Head Vacation
Probably the nicest property we have stayed on over many years. Layout, view and accommodation was top notch. Jim Reilley was very responsive to any questions we had and made sure that all expectations were met. Hopefully, we will be able to stay here again in the future.

Precise name for property as you just can’t get enough of that view all day long. Loved the eight seats around the kitchen counter. Four rooms with own bath was awesome for our four couples. Great location and great host (Jim was awesome )

Spacious and Beautiful Home
This was the perfect property for our group of 4 adult couples down to Hilton Head for a few days of golf, shopping and relaxation. This home was great with 4 bedrooms each with it‘s own bath offering plenty of privacy when needed. The kitchen/dining/living area was wonderful with plenty of space for preparing food as well seating. Upon entrance you are immediately drawn to the beautiful water view. We would definitely stay at this property should we return in the future.

This home was absolutely beautiful and the views were spectacular. Many thoughtful amenities were added to make it truly feel like a home away from home. Bikes, beach chairs and beach towels. Board games and cards. Extra throw blankets. The kitchen had everything needed plus lots of extras. Our favorite was sitting outside on the patio every morning and evening, watching the sunrise and sunsets. So very peaceful!

This house and the view it offers are beautiful! The second we walked through the door we were blown away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family with the kids upstairs and adults downstairs. The kitchen is decently stocked and the owner profides most of your basic needs for the week. The house very clean minus one issue with the over which was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely return if vacationing in Hilton Head again.

Unwind from everyday stress
This home is so relaxing from the minute we walk in to the day we have to leave we feel relaxed. The colors and decor are peaceful. It is very open and airy. There is so much space to gather together for great family dinners, either inside or out. The deck is very private overlooking the lake. We met a few residents in the area and everyone is super friendly My family loves staying here.

This was our second year at this property. It has a view off the back deck that is incomparable. The great room blends into the dining room/kitchen with a large counter that seats 8 comfortably. The bedrooms are large and attractive. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We will be back next year!

Wonderful Experience!

This beautiful home has everything needed for four couples to share, with plenty of space, and privacy as well. From the well appointed kitchen to the owner provided bicycles, we couldn't have asked for anything else to make our stay perfect. Great house in a great location
Home is beautiful. Tons of room for our family. Everyone had their own full bath. Location is perfect, very close to restaurants and shopping, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Jim was very pro active in communicating with us on getting into the home when worked for us. Checked on us a few times to make sure everything was going well. We had a great experience and would definitely rent here again when we return!

Family Time in Sea Pines
Five of us, aged 20 months to 75 years, had a fun but relaxing time at this site in September 2023. The home is as lovely and spacious as pictured and the kitchen is reasonably well-equipped with hardware needed for cooking. One of us played two rounds of golf, enjoying being paired with strangers and the courses themselves. Plenty of easy-to-reach restaurants, bike trails (bikes at the house) and, of course, a lovely Atlantic beach. And the alligator safely viewed from the house deck!.

Family vacation
Perfect place for our family of 8. The kitchen/dining/family room is very open and easily accommodated meal and social times. Each bedroom is large and has its own bathroom allowing everyone to have their own space. Bikes, beach chairs and boogie boards are on the garage and available for use. Biking throughout Sea Pines was very easy as the home is centrally located. Very clean and excellent communication from the owner. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Host, Amazing Home
I’m so grateful to Ann for going out of her way to accommodate us on such short notice! Because of her, we were able to get resettled and have an awesome vacation! The house is immaculate, gorgeous, with a great location in Sea Pines. Some of my favorite aspects of the house were the state of the art huge kitchen (my dream kitchen), plenty of countertop space, stunning lake view, bath for each bedroom, plus 1/2 bath by kitchen, & plenty of space to spread out. The bikes, beach chairs & beach towels were all a plus! Ann’s house made beach life with a large group so easy, I hated to leave! I highly recommend this house, and have already begun looking for dates to return!
