Sea breezes and quiet serenity will greet you each and every day from this beautiful home. Begin and end your days in the primary wing, which includes his and her private baths and a luxurious bedroom suite that opens to your private porch, where you will savor your morning coffee as the sun rises from the sea. The primary suite also has a luxury walk-in closet with several built-ins, and just off her bathroom is a private courtyard.

The bunk room, just a few steps up from the main level, is cozy with two sets of twin-over-twin bunks for all of the kiddos.

Just behind the beautifully appointed paneled office is a guest bedroom with one queen bed, perfect for the work-from-home companion in the group!

The expansive living room, while sun-drenched by day, will at night be the focal point for all of your entertaining. Imagine intimate dinners and brunches that you will enjoy, all prepared in the state-of-the-art kitchen overlooking the oceanfront pool. Of course, having a formal living room, formal dining room, screened living area, and outdoor kitchen greatly add to your enjoyment of this spectacular luxury vacation home.

Completing the second floor are three additional suites joined by a wide-open walkway that surrounds the formal living room and opens to a wall of windows overlooking the ocean, destined to become a place to read your favorite author. Each second-floor bedroom includes a private oceanfront balcony. You may never want to leave!

Rounding out the home is a full apartment, including a bedroom and bath, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. As stunning as the main home, this is a perfect space for the teens, younger adults, grandparents you're traveling with, or mom and dad with a new baby.

Very nice house in a fantastic location
Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay.

Stunning property! Beautiful setting. Decorated very nice. Easy Beach access. Owner provided many beach chairs and umbrellas. We had our family together in luxury for the week. Would recommend this property

Beach rental !! Oceanfront home !!
This beach house was a beautiful home. All beds were comfortable bathrooms all worked well. The only issue was the beach access was a very difficult way for anyone to get to the beach because their access was closed and we had to go to the side, which was never stated in the Description it says ocean front beach home !! very difficult to carry things to the beach for the family when you’re paying a price for oceanfront Beach Home !!!you want it to be an oceanfront beach home? That’s why I had to give it a four but all in all we had the hurricane and everyone ran home to New Jersey.

Great house and location.
The house was great and perfect for multiple families. There were a few small hiccups such as trash pick not happening the day it was supposed to so it still had the other guest’s trash and we ran out of room for ours but the response was almost immediate and the trash was picked up within less than an hour of us messaging! The area was also great. We had a group of 15 for reference and we all had plenty of room!

The kids bounced around from the pool to the beach all day long. Property management was outstanding and answered any questions we had.... Just an all around fantastic experience.

Family vacation
The house manager, Jackson, was excellent. He addressed issues immediately! The house had an intense incense odor especially upstairs in the blue, orange and office/bedroom. We bought plug ins to eliminate the odor. It never disappeared in the office/back bedroom. The nanny had to sleep in the bunk bed room and the kids slept in their parents room. The house does have 7 bathrooms and 1 half bath but two of them are in the master suite. So the bedroom behind the office would have to share a bathroom. If you want in suite bathrooms then the house has sleeping for 12 people which includes 4 kids in the bunk bed room. In the mother in law suite can sleep another 3. There is a pull out sofa. So a total of 15 people. If you don’t care about sharing a full bathroom, then the house can sleep 17 people. The bedroom behind the office is a queen size bed. With all of the above being said, we had a fantastic time. The house was wonderful with the screen in porch. Plenty of pool and beach toys. The pool was lovely with enough seating for everyone. Make sure to rent bikes for your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an excellent time at 14 Laughing Gull. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. There is plenty of room to spread out, but also get together in the dining room and family room. Having the screen porch as you point of entry significantly reduced the sand we brought back into the house. The kitchen had everything you need, beach towels and chairs were included and having 2 washer and dryers, 2 ice makers and several refrigerators (including the private suite) was great. The one area of disappointment was the ease of using the televisions, with each one seemingly needing a different manner to get it going. I suggest you simplify this setup. We appreciated the opportunity to stay at such a beautiful home, thank you!

Amazing property!
We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect -- within SeaPines gated community, 2 minutes from a pristine golf course, steps away from the beach, and just a short bike ride to lunch spots and ice cream. The property manager (Janet) was super helpful and responsive. We would love to stay here again!

The home is well equipped with dishes, appliances and beach chairs. The house manager was very helpful and that added another level of service. The check in and out time of the hostjng company was different than the air BNB so ensure you are clear on the time you have to be in or out. We loved this home so much that we will make this an annual rental for our Hilton head trips.
