West Garrison is located in a quiet neighborhood within Sea Pines Resort. The main level of the house has a large living and dining area to accommodate all family gatherings. A second living area on the main level is perfect for watching TV. Both living areas have a queen sleeper sofa. The main level showcases a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms are on the second level of the home, one being a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and the other bedroom provides two bunk beds (full bedding), which also has an en-suite bathroom. The house also has a screen porch next to the swimming pool with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors.

PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH
• It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the beach. Turn right on Wagon Road and follow it to South Sea Pines Drive. Then turn left on the bike path and continue to beach marker 26, where a path leads directly to the beach.
Sea Pines Beach Trolley Service is located at parking lot 8, off Greenwood Drive, near Willow Oak Road West. Operates daily from 9 am till 5 pm. June 8 to September 7.
