Our elegant, impeccably kept one bedroom condo on the 9th Floor of Hilo Lagoon Centre is the perfect spot to stay for enjoying Hilo town, Hawaii's best kept secret. With views of Mauna Kea and a short walk to the ocean parks on Hilo Bay, you have the best of what Hilo offers. This condo features a spacious one bedroom with a hardwood king sized bed, closet, and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a step-in tub with shower, toilet, and sink with vanity mirror. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook in the condo including a full sized range with oven, full sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, rice cooker, InstaPot, panini press, and so much more. Sit at our modern bar and sample island brews in our elegant glassware. The living room has a comfortable sofa and side chair for enjoying entertainment on the flat screen TV with Free Wi-Fi and basic cable channels. Our unit has two small balconies for enjoying Hilo and mountain views. The condo is fully airconditioned with two temperature control units.

The Hilo Lagoon Condo complex has a large outdoor pool that is available for your use. There is a coin operated laundry room on the 9th floor for your use and the building has 24 hour security and off-street parking. This is the best place to stay in downtown Hilo for travelers and remote workers alike! We request responsible guests only in our high-end unit, please.

This is a spacious, clean one bedroom unit in a building with 24/7security. The location is handy to the airport, old, historical downtown Hilo, waterfront parks, and easy access to Hwy 11 and Hwy 19. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Accommodation
My wife and I enjoyed the property. We had the fortunate privilege to briefly meet and talk the actual owner. She was super sweet and nice. We greatly appreciated the cleanliness and the special care she took in decorating the one bedroom. The apartment was spotless and well maintained. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

This was a quiet little condo with all you need for a great trip in Hilo. This blue lagoon was beautiful. This was close to all the stores and shops. The condo had a comfortable bed, great decor and everything you need.

The property was in perfect condition. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. The only thing I would mention would be that the shower is very short. I am 5’8 and it was a bit of a struggle to bend down to rinse my hair. If you were much taller, this may be too uncomfortable:) We had a very peaceful stay and communication was excellent.

It was an ideal location for all our adventures in and around Hilo. We loved walking around the lush grounds around surrounding the property. One small downside was the very low bathroom sink area and extremely low showerhead. We are tall people so it was awkward. Also, we missed having a dishwasher.

Perfect Vacation Accommodation
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Communication was excellent, the condo was nicely decorated and well maintained, the bed was really comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great little apartment in Hilo
The suite has everything you need for a nice stay in Hilo. The property manager is easy to deal with and instructions were clear. The building is older and a bit ‘out in the open’ but it’s well maintained, secure and very comfortable.

I am a little torn The room was everything we expected and we were perfectly happy. Hilo is struggling a bit economically so the building was a bit worn. Given there are some businesses in it I would think it would be a bit better. Would I stay again? Yes.

vrbo and salt water vacations hawaii were spot on with their description of the rental and included amenities. there were unexpected amenities like a cooler w/ wheels for the beach, 2 directors chair for the beach. location was perfect for accessibility to the canoe races at Hilo Bay and to resources in Hilo town.
