From the moment you arrive, the covered porch welcomes you into a world of peace. Unwind in our exquisitely crafted wood rocking chairs as you listen to the symphony of rustling leaves and gentle winds.

Step indoors to find comfort at every corner. Bedroom #1 features a queen bed swathed in plush linens, a spacious closet, and a dedicated workspace for those who can't leave work behind. Bedroom #2 is equally inviting, housing two cozy twin beds and ample closet space.

The living room is your entertainment sanctuary. Warm up by the gas fireplace as you watch your favorite shows on Netflix. The smaller sofa also converts to an extra bed, perfect for accommodating up to 5 guests.

Gourmet aspirations? Our kitchen is a chef’s dream. It comes fully stocked with all essential cooking utensils, oil, salt, and pepper, and showcases a full-size stove, refrigerator, and even a dishwasher for easy clean-up.

But let's not forget the great outdoors! An outdoor fire pit awaits for storytelling and s’mores, all set within a circle of comfortable Adirondack chairs. We also provide a BBQ charcoal Grill (BYO charcoal).

Anniversary getaway
We loved it! It was a beautiful cabin, clean and neat! Conveniently located yet very remote. Pet friendly was a bonus! Our only concern was that the couches are not comfortable sitting places. But overall very pleased! Loved the porch, the areas to walk around near the cabin, and the quick easy drive to the New River Trail. The host was amazing ! Responded to all my questions!

Mountain getaway
The long weekend stay at the cabin was exactly what my wife, pup and I needed. Waking up to the sounds of nature and not the hustle and bustle of the city. The cabin is a lively retreat for those that just need to reset. Having the firepit and being able to sit o. The deck at night and see the stars is another perk for this cabin. The cabin overall was small and lovely but had everything that we needed to cook and just enjoy the time in the cabin. Would love to come back!

Great getaway!
Every was perfect with our getway at Whispering Woods! The cabin was extremely clean and spacious. We loved the location which was private but not too far away from everything. Rebecca was a great host
