My choice in Hillsborough
"Hillsborough is a bit of a shanty town..all the action seems to be in Tyrell Bay now,but Jonas and his people do a great job in my view anyway. Light breakfast and good local menu at night including fresh seafood with a little Japanese local interpretation was very nice...no beach out the front...but ..."

The right speed
"This place is unique. It’s the only thing like it on the best beach in Carriacou. Local folks are welcoming and it’s easy to walk or bus to anything you want, but there’s also little reason to go far except to explore. It was perfect for us."

Hillsborough is a quaint town right out of earlier century. This makes it very fascinating for me! There is a unique attraction about this that certainly would make me want to return to this place.

Classic small island town, keep in mind most things shut down after dark, on Sundays, and holidays. Recommend Mermaid Hotel and Kayak Kafe for lunches!

Safe area. Very relaxing. No one trying to sell anything while you are in the beach which is different than Grenada
