"we only needed a bed for the night. the beds were clean enough. the room was not clean at all. i walked on the floor barefooted and the bottoms of my feet were BLACK. the bathroom door did not close right. the hair dryer had no electric to it. the baseboard around the floor is coming off and full of filth. the only staff we saw was at check in. good experience there very nice and friendly. as they say you get what you payed for. i will not be coming back there."

"After a terrible hotel the night before in Cleveland, I was hoping for much better in Columbus. I was greeted by a friendly and professional older woman at the front desk during check in. She made small talk, asked what brought me to town, and gave me all of the appropriate details needed (where my room was, where to park, coffee in the morning, etc). When I opened the room's door, I was overwhelmed (in a good way) with a cleaning smell. This made me happy since my room at a different hotel...

"I’ve stayed here many times, and usually have a nice stay! This time I had a nice stay until my last day. A man and woman was banging on my door at 10am asking me when I was checking out. That really upset me, because I was still sleeping! Check out time is 11am, so why are they banging on my door at 10am? I heard them do the same thing to my neighbor!! This is unacceptable! I enjoy staying here, but this is one thing that will get me to stop staying somewhere. "

"Hotels.com gave me the best rate. This is a no fuss stay, with simple toiletries (bar of soap and a small container of shampoo), easy access to the highway, and close to downtown Worthington. The toilet was loud and whiny when flushed. The pamphlet in the room stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Coffee wasn’t even available, but there’s a Starbucks and local coffee shoppes nearby."

"Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked it last May for a rock festival, drove 4 hours after work to get there at 12am and be told they didn’t have our booking. When asked we were told by the front desk she was new and had no idea but the owner said it was an error in the system which made them not receive my reservation. I booked a year in advance. Would not give a number for customer service through the hotel. "

"The place was clean and modern. Decor was cute. Bed was comfortable. Shower only got lukewarm, but it wasn't awful. Very short walk to the convention center. The only weird part was that you had to re-up your parking every 12 hours, but to get free parking, once I figured out the system, it was easy. I'd definitely stay here again."

"I had an upcoming trip to Polaris for training. I have a little one under two so I decided to drive and take the whole family! The location was great, minutes from shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, however, a little tight. If you have a large group with more than one car parking could be an issue for you. The house definitely has a little wear on it, but to be expected with being a rental with enough beds to house 14 people or so. The upstairs bathroom had some used soap...
