Tried calling to let them know I will be coming in late. No one answered the phone... straight to voicemail and mailbox full. Drove to location indicated by Expedia and the place did not exist. No one one was there! Just a dirt road to the middle of nowhere. No signs. No lights. Weird. Very very weird. I’ll be requesting a refund.

This place has closed down. Was left in a very dangerous situation.... in a town I’ve never been to with no place to stay. Over a week later and I’m still trying to get my refund

The place doesn’t exist anymore. They would never answer phone calls. Got there and nothing in sight besides an old tint and the remains of what was a glamping spot.

We planned a trip to Zion National Park . Our plans were to stay there Friday & Saturday night , but when we tried to call to check in nobody answered the phone . So I texted the number and the person responded that the campground was closed . At this point we are in southern Utah with nowhere to stay after checking out at the Wildflower resort ( a beautiful resort ) . I am still working on a refund from Expedia a week later ... Wouldn't recommend going through the same hassle we did ...

SCAM: Site doesn't exist - Save yourself!
100% SCAM. As others have said on the reviews (both here and other sites), this "glamping site" DOES NOT EXIST and Hotels.com is complicit in the deception to its members. How can you let this happen?! Send a representative to the site, if you're so distrustful of your members, and see for yourself. My friend and I were put in a very dangerous position, being left in the middle or nowhere in the middle of the night with limited cell phone reception. We encountered a group of men that were camping on their own on this abandoned site (which is what they described it as). It was unsafe and irresponsible to put us in this situation and for Hotels.com to still have this place up as a legitimate site. Absolutely unacceptable - this merits reporting to corresponding authorities.
Don't believe the stock photos - this is the site. Abandoned with old chairs, tables, and mattresses scattered throughout.
Arrived at night to an empty site, pitch dark in the middle of nothing.

HORRIBLE
DO NOT BOOK THIS “GLAMPING” accommodation. Where do I even begin? If I could give zero stars I would but that’s not possible so I will give them one star. To begin off, the confirmation email I received from Hotels.com included an instruction from the host informing you that you need to contact the host directly to arrange check in. I contacted the host directly through phone calls and emails for multiple days, several days before my check-in date & the host NEVER replied. Everytime I called the number provided by the host it either went straight to voicemail or nobody answered. On the day of our check-in we arrived at the address included on the confirmation email & we could NOT even find the site because there were no signs whatsoever or any staff to greet you. We eventually had to stay at another campsite that was nearby that provided FREE first-come, first-served camping sites. I cannot believe Hotels.com allows a property to advertise their “services” this way, I will be filing a claim with my credit card company & I will also cease to book any hotels from this site in the future.

I was looking forward to getting away from the city for a weekend of relaxation. However my reservation was canceled due to a "bug infestation" very disappointing.

One night trip
We had difficulties checking in, another guest gave me the phone number to contact the camp staff, had they not I’m not sure we would have been able to check in as that phone number was no where to be seen on any confirmation or communication from this campsite. However the tent was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathhouse was tidy for a campground. The stars at night were beautiful

Beautiful place. Our zipper was broken on our tent if we wanted one that worked we were going to have to pack up everything and move again. Communication seemed difficult but such an amazing view that we’d stay there again

The advertisement description of property was confusing and misleading. The communication from property owner was very minimal. Could have been more organized and better managed.

Beautiful view
Beautiful view! Could use a little more organization. Like table and chairs at every tent, working flash lights, and maybe instead of towels at the bathroom put them on the tents. Overall loved the experience just needs a little more fine tuning to make it wonderful. When we arrived there were 3 guesses looking for their tent and someone else was in it

The only clamping is that the tent is large and has a bed. You have to gather out door furniture from empty sites. Saw two couples arrive, look, and promptly leave. The 5 bathrooms advertised, are all in one place and you have to hike to them from many tent spots.
