"I rented this property for my sister in law’s bachelorette trip and I cannot say enough great things about this place! Plenty of room. The host was SO helpful & communicated very quickly! It is a few shorts steps away from Red Bar & the beach! We were able to walk home from AJ’s one night as well. Location was amazing & the house was so clean! We loved our nights in the hot tub. "What can I say about this property wow. It lived up to all the expectations with great location and all the amenities wrapped up in one package. Short walk to the beach or out the back door to the pool lets say we had options. Plenty of accommodations for our entire party of 10 adults. The pool house is a cozy and neat addition. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my firends. Thanks again. "

"House was perfect. Kitchen was exceptional in every way. Easily managed meals for 14 people without any difficulties. Little things like water hoses to wash feet both sides of the house and 2 beach wagons. Plenty of porch and balcony space. Quick access to sandy Grayton Beach. We were very fortunate to have ideal weather and calm seas during the week we were there during hurricane season. The fact that two hurricanes straddled our stay was the only reservation that I would have booking a Fall trip to the area (Sept 14th) Special Shout Out to the people at Liv Vacations Rentals who provided exceptional support during the initial move in. Definitely recommend their company (went above and beyond hand holding). "

"We had a group of 4 couples and stayed in the East side of the duplex. First of all, this beach area is a rare find as it is a private beach of houses surrounded by state park beaches, so very little crowds. The walk from the house down to the water is super easy and the beach and water are beautiful as expected on the Emerald Coast. Secondly, the house looks exactly like the pictures! Nice views of the beach water from the living area and both King bedrooms. We could watch sunrise from the patio every morning and sunset from the beach. Furniture was comfortable and accommodated our large group. We were so pleased to find a place with a large dining table! Well equipped kitchen had plenty of storage for our food and beverages as we cooked there every night. Minor issues reported were resolved quickly by the management company. Note: downstairs queen bedroom is very small Overall great experience and we will definitely rent again next time we head to the Gulf Coast!"
