This beautiful custom-built home is just 3.8 miles to Main Street in the Hidden Springs neighborhood of Highlands, NC. Nestled in the trees on over an acre of land, you'll love the privacy while enjoying the convenience to town.   This home is perfect for a fun getaway to the mountains with plenty of space and activities for family and friends. You'll enjoy the hot tub on cool evenings after a challenging hike or a day of shopping.

Main Level:
The spacious great room/dining room features vaulted pine ceilings with exposed beams, an open staircase leading to the upper level, and a massive stone wood-burning fireplace with a custom wood mantle. Brazilian Cherry flooring flows into the open kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops, and custom wormy maple cabinets for plenty of storage. An eat-in dining nook adds to the charm. There’s also a king bedroom on this level with an ensuite bathroom.

Upper Level:
This level includes two queen bedrooms, one across from and one next to a bathroom. Additionally, there’s a twin bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a game/TV room with a ping-pong table, an oversized sectional couch, and a large flat-screen TV. A king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a bunk room with two bunk bed sets and an ensuite are also located on this level. The lower level deck offers easy access to the family fire pit in the yard.

Rent In Highlands Vacation Rental Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
