"Check in was a little chaotic. Guy said I didnt have the right booking info, even though I showed him all the documentation received and the actual booking on Expedia app. He eventually allowed me to stay on production of my driving license. I'd booked a room with a double bed but he gave me a room with 3 single beds. All that said, the room was fine and more like an apartment (cooker, hob, fridge, microwave, plates and cutlery). "Very convenient for tube. Easy check in with key code. Room was fine but we were in the ground floor front room, despite window covering it was very bright in the morning and some noise from people in and out the front door. Also the shower was extremely hot and we couldn’t find how to adjust it. Overall satisfied with stay though. "

"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "
